Juicer
This product works great for me and my family. You do have to clean the grinder in between certain vegetables and fruits but over all it works very well and not hard to clean. It a great value for what we paid for it. It makes more juice than previous juices I have had.

Top pops up when juicing!
This juicer works great….when it works. The top part can be difficult to glide in place and it’s difficult to remove the auger after using it. The shoot piece slides in place and lock. But when juicing it pops up out of the grove while still in locked position. It’s happened twice but the first time I was able to slide it out of the locked position. It happened again and neither me nor my husband is able to twist it off. It’s wedged in very tight. In the pictures you can see that it’s in the locked position but it’s separated from the bottom piece where it grinds.Of course its past the return date and I just saw that its also past the date to ask tech support for help. So I’m out of $100. This may not happen to you but I wanted to make people aware that it can happen.

Excellent Juicer
I decided to start juicing again back in the summertime, and I had a high-speed juicer and was looking to get a slow juicer. I found this one and decided to give it a try. I think for the price, I didn't feel like I would be losing out on something big if it didn't do the job. Lo and behold, I was impressed. I wanted to batch juice and this juicer delivered. It took me an hour to batch juice 2 to 2 1/2 gallons of juice. I did what the instruction booklet said to do, I ran it for 10 minutes, then let it cool for 15 minutes. Never left a thing behind within the auger and screen. The pulp was always pretty dry, except for the really wet fruit like watermelon and such. Later, I discovered juicers with a hopper and I thought I'd upgrade to that so I wasn't standing there the entire time feeding the juicer. Big mistake. The new juicer is horrible and more than twice the price of this one, so I came back here to purchase another one of these because I loved it so much and I gave the other one to my daughter, but she's been juicing, too, and she loves it.

Best investment!!
The media could not be loaded. I love this juicer! Works great! I have been juicing since I bought it! I made fresh orange, grape, apple/spinach/celery/lemon, strawberry/watermelon/lemon, mandarin/carrot juice, & ginger/lemon shots! I’m still learning what’s good with what! Now to the machine! It was easy to understand on how it works. Easy to clean, especially since it provides a brush! The ONLY thing that I don’t like is pulling out the portion that spins! It is pretty hard to get out, I’m assuming because of the suction of it, maybe.. no idea. But once I get it out lol everything else comes out easily.Besides that it works great, the juice is phenomenal, and clean up is easy! Definitely recommend!

Not Powerful
This model replicates another very powerful juicer on the market which I owned. After 10 years of using my juicer, the switch broke. Bought this one to replace it but it in no way measured up. If you're just getting started juicing or plan to use it for non dense veggies, it will work well. Want to juice beets, celery, carrots etc? I wouldn't recommend unless you cut them into very small pieces and plan on not juicing large amounts.

Purchased brand new, received obviously used unit.
Received someone else's broken unit with orange waste still stuck to some of the components. The unit was DOA. Determined that the safety pin on the top lid section is supposed to press a recessed safety switch to shut off the machine if the top becomes loose. The unit I received had a missing pin, it appears to be a brittle plastic that was accidentally snapped off by the previous owner before they returned it and Amazon shipped it off to me under the guise of a "new" product. I was able to come up with a workaround by wedging some cardboard in the recessed switch area to allow the machine to function. This is obviously a design flaw which like many other reviewers have cited would cause the machine to appear to stop working unexpectedly. Otherwise the machine works as intended wonderfully.

Stops working after just a couple of usage.
Would have been a great product, texture of juice fine. I bought the 1st one he stopped working after using it 2 or 3 times. I loved it so much I returned it and bought another one. Same thing happened, then I say enough is enough, I will return it for good this time.Actually before I returned it I contact the manufacturer thru Amazon and someone by the name of Lily promptly responded to my email and kindly worked me thru on how to use the machine. Since then, I am very happy with it and revised my report by given it a 5 stars. It's a solid and good machine if you take the time to understand how it works. I even managed to extract from it some nutritious true green spinach, kale, arugula, chard leaf juice
