The blades.
The plastic replaceable blades don't really fit but that's the only issue this has.

Blade does stay up unless holding button
This has been a game changer when cleaning. The nothing to add is if you want to use this tool to scape something you have to hold the “button” as it doesn’t stay up unless applying pressure to that. Otherwise, I love and have been using it all over my place

Pros: This product genuinely works! I had an irritating decal on my back windshield, so I finally decided to go to a car wash to clean my car before using it. Make sure to use soapy water before you start scraping. It works great, and I highly recommend it because it gets the job done!Cons: Don't wait til it’s too late! Get it now.

Not safe
Maybe mine is defective, but it does not lock into position to scrape. Also, the blades fall out very easy. Not a very safe product.
