I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THIS PRODUCT WORKS!
I know this actually works!So maybe like 15 years ago I bought this exact product from a different site and back then it only cost me $12 I was so elated when I started using it and it actually worked it just recently broke so I was crazy looking for a replacement everywhere couldn't find it until I found it here on Amazon and the price has jumped tremendously! However because I've been using this this apparatus for so long I'm willing to pay the price because I know without a doubt that this product works I'm excited to plug it in and charge it fully and start using it again I'm not going to lie I'm 57 years old I don't have a wrinkle on my face and my face is still tight! I will post pictures another time because right now LOL LOL I am a huge mess but if you're looking for a product to tighten your face lift your face this will do it now not overnight, like all good things they take time but if you consistently use it you will see a difference .... you'll be glad you did

Stopped working after 1 use
The top piece wasn't put together properly or something and as soon as I used the RF gel it got inside of the infrared light area and turned black and stopped functioning.Waste of money, pretty upset.

Too Soon To Tell
It's too soon to tell how well this works or not. It is easy to use once you get it charged. Therein lies the problem, it takes a very long time to charge (12 hours now and counting). For me this is a turn-off. I have never had a device that took as long as this to charge. It makes me wonder if it will hold up.

Well-made instrument.
It is easy to use, good for money volume. I don't know about the results. But I can see some improvement in my skin after using it. I get a headache on next day after use. I don't know if it is any connection. I will take a break and then try again and will see results.

2ND TIME AROUND WAS GREAT.
MY FIRST ONE DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. HOWEVER THE COMPANY REPLACED IT AND IT WORKS GREAT. LOVE IT. VERY GOOD FOR MY CYSTIC ACNE.

Battery issue?
I purchased this as a replacement for a nearly identical model from a different brand. It works as well, but won't hold a charge. I have to plan ahead so that I can charge it enough to use it. Other than that, it seems to work great.
