This is my literal favorite sauce on the planet. Seems to go well on literally everything. Even caught a few coworkers sneaking into my secret stash. Not super hot, but not mild either - perfect blend of heat and flavor in my book.

It's a bit more spicy than Tabasco, and has a far superior flavor profile including, garlic, black pepper, celery, and some other stuff I can't quite pinpoint. Awesome hot sauce at a great price!

I’ve been buying this since 2022. I went to Roscoe’s chicken and waffles and loved how their hot sauce tastes. I came across this brand and it tastes better. I make sure to keep some constantly. Tastes really good on fried meats like chicken or fish.
