Beautiful book with great messages and inspiration. The price is so cheap for what it is. Looking forward to journalling and having it as a companion for a long time to come.

This journal is deeply helpful.The only thing is whoever approved the graphics did not take the time to review a printed proof. I’m sure it looked great on a computer screen which is backlit. The graphics are so dark they are barely readable in some parts and some areas where the consumer is meant to write are also so dark it is not feasible to write over it. I am a printer of 30 plus years. I would not have let my customer do this to their beautiful journal.It’s no reason not to buy it because the intense, life changing help it brings is invaluable and I’d buy it again even if they printed it on toilet paper. Get this journal!

Just received my journal today. Wasn't expecting anything so elaborate, particularly for the price I paid. I would have expected to pay more. The size is larger than I anticipated, at 7.5 x 9 and 208 pages. Plenty of room for journaling if you happen to enjoy journaling. There is also a beautiful attached satin ribbon for bookmarking. The front and back cover are a sturdy cardboard, so will not bend easily.I just started listening to the audible version of the book a year ago. Admittedly, I listen to it over and over as the messages continue to sink in. The language is very straight forward and easy to follow. I am so appreciative to have this accompanying journal so that I may log my experiences. As mentioned previously, there is more than enough space for writing whatever you feel the need to. I began journaling 2 years ago and find it quite satisfying to purge negative emotions that are clogging my mind at the moment, in addition to documenting positive experiences that occur in my life. How rewarding to return to my entries over the months and notice how much I've grown spiritually.Now that I have the journal, I cannot wait to utilize this tool to evoke my thoughts. I personally would NOT recommend the kindle version of this. You will require a separate journal anyway. Just pay the additional $5.00 for this beautiful book. It's a keepsake!UPDATE! It appears the kindle version has been removed due to many complaints.Additionally, I have begun using the journal and am finding it user friendly. The provided messages prompt you to return to your memory bank and re-visit situations that may have caused discomfort. However, you are encouraged to look for the self-sabotage of your thoughts, and seek the positive change.This journal has become my best friend.

Love this as a companion to the book. The book itself is great, but I'm finding this really wonderful for personal inner work. I would absolutely recommend this and the book to anyone who wishes to do that kind of work.Some of the prompts seem to follow each other so well that I could (and even should) do multiple in a day/sitting, but some of them were clearly meant for the beginning of a day (such as: notice x, y, z today and write about it). I would suggest when doing a prompt, you check the next one after completing the first, because it may make sense to you to do many at once, or it may make sense to keep something in mind for the day and to return to in the evening to journal.There are essentially 102 prompts in this guided journal. I have written the numbers by the chapters in the attached image.

This journal is not only gorgeous it is very helpful. You can follow along with the book "Untethered Soul" while completing the guided journal or simply do the journal at your own pace. This journal is for people who have a hard time getting started with a journal and it also helps you get your thoughts out on paper. There is more than enough pages to complete each day and there is a lot of space for writing.

This journal provides exercises and prompts to help us identify with awareness rather than with our inner experiences. "Awareness" is our true essence and the "thoughts, emotions, and sensations" arise within that awareness.I found that Michael A. Singer's Untethered Soul collection gives us the opportunity to really tap into our inner talk behavior which most of the time is keeping us away from our true desires in life.The Untethered Soul Guided Journal is the realization that we are not our thoughts, emotions, and sensations. We are awareness, and awareness is free, everyone can tap into it.Blessings
