I've had a lot of chemical free fry pans over the years and most of them start out great but stop working after about 2 years, which is fine, I just get a new one. I really, really love this pan though and I'm hoping it lasts longer because it's ceramic. I truly enjoy cooking with it, cooks everything evenly and quickly, and clean up is a breeze. It really does make me happy.

I received this pan and attached the handle (they include a screwdriver with the handle--who does that?). I went to wash it and I stumbled and dropped the pan on my tile floor and the handle broke. I was so upset. I threw the handle (now in two pieces) into the trash and then thought about maybe gluing it back together. That wasn't going to work so I thought about just reordering the pan again. Then I thought, it only needs a handle. Maybe they would just sell me the handle, after all it was my fault, not theirs. So I e-mailed their customer service and they responded so quickly asking for pictures that I was able to rescue the pieces before my garbage was picked up and send them pictures as well as my name, address, and Order Number. They again responded quickly and said a replacement handle would be arriving in 7-10 days and I didn't have to do anything else. Lo and behold, the replacement handle arrived the next day!!! And, they replaced it for free. The pan is beautiful and I especially love that the sides are a bit higher. KUDOS--GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Great price on a great pan. I bought the 9.5 version. Very solid build with easily attached wood handle that is very sturdy.A quality pan which I now use as one of my primary go-to pans in the kitchen.Non-stick surface works great and I put it in the bottom rack of the dishwasher with NO issues or damage.Purchased another one to give to friend that loved it.....

I was very impressed by this product. I bought the 9.5" pan. It arrived as promised and in excellent condition and very well packaged. I was excited to try the pan. I unpacked it, and read the directions, which were excellent. The first thing was to attach the handle and a wonderful impressive screwdriver was enclosed with the pan. It took about 1 minute to attach the handle. Next, I followed the instructions to wash and dry the pan. Then, I read that a little oil or butter should be used each use. I put a 1/2 teaspoon in the pan, heated it on low heat and proceeded to saute a bunch of veggies. They cooked quickly and evenly, and the clean up was quick. LOVE this pan and I am very impressed with the product and the inclusion of the needed screwdriver. What other company does that? and the pan is so reasonably priced. If I need to replace another one of my old pans, I will buy one from this company. I hope my love for it continues. It feels very comfortable to handle and the pan is not heavy or light. Just remember to use a little oil or butter in the cold pan and heat on medium heat and enjoy cooking.

This frying pan is amazing. It's not only beautiful but it is really non-stick (I put a drop of EVOO and spread it first). The handle is so very comfortable to hold I want to walk around with it in my hand LOL, but the best thing is that it screws in from outside and there is no change to the absolutely smooth inside of the pan, so great for cleaning. I am eyeing other options, like the crepe pan. Customer Service is excellent, I had questions and they got back to me fast.
