These are the ONLY protein shakes that don’t have artificial sweeteners (although there is a small amount of stevia). Not only do these use real sugar, they taste good! I love the chocolate version, and have one every day. If you try to maintain a certain level of protein and have a hard time getting it all in your diet, these are great.

I use these as meal replacements. I work a busy schedule and don't always time for lunch, but I will drink this and feel the boost I need to keep me going. I typically get the chocolate flavor. I don't care for the strawberry even though I wish I liked it more. My favorite flavor was the cafe mocha, but they no longer make that flavor. I miss it. Boost, please bring back the cafe mocha. Until then, I enjoy the chocolate.

Boost (rich chocolate) is the best protein drink I've found. It's loaded with protein and vitamins. I've tasted most of the others but this chocolate drink is made thick and rich. Price wise it's a good one to use Amazon's Subscribe & Save. I put mine in the fridge and have one mid-morning and another at bedtime. It's great and an easy thing to remember.
