This fame is as described. The size is nice and perfect for where I wanted to display it. It's large enough that you can easily watch the slideshow without it being overwhelming. Setup and use is straightforward and easy. The color and clarity are beautiful and the photos upload quickly. We have not added any videos yet but so far there hasn't been any reason for me to believe it will be any more difficult than adding photos or that the videos will not playback well. I'll update this review if we have any issues. Photo sharing is easy once you have added a friend(s) and it's simple enough to revoke those rights. The frame tells you who sent the photo(s) and that's nice. You can turn that feature off. The on screen display for settings etc... are straightforward. It's nice that you can choose display options for portrait or landscape, or fill the frame, adjust the timing for the slideshow etc... You can remove the time and weather from the frame. It's nice that you can set the times for sleep mode, including making the times different for different days of the week. This is handy with respect to a typical work week when you're gone most of the day but on Saturday and Sunday you're home most of the day, for example. The frame feels kind of cheap in your hands (but I said that about my first Galaxy phone too, so take it for what it's worth) but it looks very nice on display and the quality of the display/photos far outweighs that feeling. It would be nice if you didn't have to have it plugged in all the time, but on the flip side, it would be inconvenient to have to charge it regularly as well. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and the price was nice too. I am going to purchase a couple more for my parents - the trick will be getting them to understand how it works! lol

Talk about making people happy this is it sending pictures on a regular basis. I feel like I’m never missing out on my grandson or any of my friends who have the code to send pictures. Definitely will buy this product again for other people.

The frame is very easy to setup and use. Love watching our family moments! The support is phenomenal too, almost a year later we realized that we had inadvertently thrown away the frame stand, contacted support and they sent us a new stand with ease, now that is exceptional customer service!

Don't have a digital frame yet? Get one! This is a replacement for one we have had for several years that stopped working. We have two that cycle separately and let our children send pics through the link so we constantly get new pics popping up on the screens. Love it! Easy to use, nice quality, pics easy to upload, and nice quality images. Now we don't have tons of picture frames covering every available surface.

Got this unit about 3 months ago and setup was quick and easy. And then it happened. We had the power go out one night without being ale to shut it down. Of course, as many have noted in their reviews, once the power is shut off before turning the picture frame off you get the Frameo splash screen but that's as far as it goes. I looked all over YT and couldn't find a solution. Other people with picture frames similar to this one said to push the reset button and maybe that would work. I couldn't find a reset button on mine and like many people either stashed my owner's manual away so I couldn't find it or tossed it after I first set it up. Well, it does have a reset button that is located deep in the hole identified as headphones. I stuck a toothpick in mine, heard a small click as the toothpick hit the reset button, and lo and behold it started working again. I had to set it back to the default settings just to make sure all was working okay. So give it a try and please don't give up as when it works it's a great digital picture frame.

We gifted this to my in laws for Christmas and were able to send pictures of our child to them as she grew up! The app is easy to use and can be downloaded on multiple phones. It is able to send pictures in seconds and brings smiles to the people receiving pictures.

After receiving this as a gift, I bought one as a gift for the grandparents! They LOVE it as much as I love mine! Easy to connect, easy to upload photos and hold TONS of pictures! Pictures are nice and clear and just a great gift! I love that I can upload pictures and send them to my families frames too through the app!

I haven’t had this long so maybe I don’t know exactly how to use it to the fullest yet but I hate how the crop works and that I can’t have the whole picture show up in the frame. I have had to delete MANY pictures as they don’t show up properly on the frame. There needs to be a preview on the phone before uploading.
