Do your skin a favor and use this!
This IS the go to sunscreen for me because of its high SPF and absolutely non-greasy formula! I care about sun protection mainly to avoid early aging. I also have a lot of outdoor hobbies so I’ve been using sunscreen religiously since I was 14-15. I tried everything out there from SPF 15 to SPF 100. After researching SPF effectiveness I concluded that SPF 50 applied correctly and frequently is the way to go. Only problem until some genius chemical engineer invented this formula has been the oily feeling of sunscreen on my skin. Every other product I tried would feel like it just sat on my skin and re-applying on top of already greasy feeling skin was not pleasant at all. With this sunscreen I can lather on a thick coat all over and forget about it in 5 min. It’s so good that even my notoriously anti-sunscreen fiance now uses it.

My new favorite sunscreen
So okay, I should say up-front that I have albinism…which means I don't tan. Not even a little. In fact, not at all. But I can burn…very, very, very easily. So I have to be extremely careful in the sun…way more than almost anyone.. So you can imagine the preparation I made for a recent trip to Jamaica for my niece's wedding. Now I have used a lot of sunscreens throughout my life…and I have to say I pretty much hate all of them. The ones that are do a great job at keeping me safe from the sun are the very ones that feel and smell the worst. Even though I need it, I hate sunscreen…it's a necessary evil. So I was pretty pumped to see something with broad spectrum protection that claimed to be "light as air". And, I have to say, the Banana Boat pretty much lived up to that claim. It's basically non-greasy and, if you work it in for a few minutes, it feels pretty good. But what I especially love is that it has a very mild scent…sort of a pleasant hint of orange…which made me feel far less freaky while wearing it in public. During my Jamaica week, the Light as Air did an amazing job of keeping me sunburn free…and trust me, without it I would have been absolutely cooked…I am 100% certain of this. There are two bits of advice I would give, however. First is that you cannot skimp on applying it…you have to be fairly generous. If you give yourself a few minutes and time to work it in, it applies quite nicely and feels great…but it only works if you don't hold back…just take maybe ten minutes to work it in everywhere. The other bit of advice I would give is to take Banana Boat's suggestion that you re-apply every couple of hours because 50 SPF won't take you through more than a couple of hours. In effect, if you are in the sun for a week, like I was, you are very easily going to go through a whole container. But for me, ~$10 was worth it because this is the first sunscreen I've encountered that pretty much works for me, but which isn't at all icky or stinky to wear.

My favorite sunscreen for body
I love this sunscreen - it is very light and the fragrance is like watermelon. It's a breeze to re-apply as well. This two-pack is a good value, helping my family stay loaded up for the summer months without going broke. I wish it were still available in my local store, which makes me worried it might be discontinued in the future, but for now, I'll keep on using it! I've even applied it to my face, and liked the texture there as well. (I didn't try putting make up on over it though, so can't comment on any potential pilling.)

Great sunscreen
This sunscreen absorbs quickly and feels light as air. I can even use it on my face almost like a moisturizer (I have combination skin and it doesn’t look oily). I love the light scent. I’ve tried different brands of sunscreen, and this one seems similar to neutrogena ultra sheer dry touch, but better skin feel. I have medium skin that doesn’t burn quickly. My husband has fair skin and is outside a lot and he doesn’t burn using this. I’ve been using this for 4 years.

Love it
My children have super sensitive skin, but also don’t like the greasy feeling or the heavy feeling of their sunscreens. This is perfect for them. It is super lightweight, non greasy. They haven’t complained once, and no skin issues. Please keep this in stock

Holy grail
This is my new holy grail face sunscreen. I am 60+ years old. I used to like tinted sunscreen, but now they just settle into wrinkles. It is very hit and humid where I live (90° and 70% humidity). The gel sunscreens never dry here, while they worked perfectly in Arizona. This sunscreen doesn't burn my eyes, doesn't burn my skin, doesn't leave a white cast*, and I literally cannot feel that I am wearing it. I had oily skin for 50 of my years, so I hate the "dewy" look. THIS though...it makes my skin look like what dewy is supposed to look like. Not shiny and not matt. Just...fresh faced?

Use as daily facial sunscreen.
Daily sunscreen user. Usually use Coppertone Pure and Simple for my face but I wanted to find something less heavy for the summer. Heard good things about this one and decided to try it. Wow! So good. Light as air says it all. Sinks in immediately, even over sweat or damp skin from swimming. And the best part for me is that I can use it on my face without any irritation.

Great Sunscreen
I use sunscreen all year round. This product is very light weight and you don't even feel like you have sunscreen on. Not oily or greasy to the touch. No sunburn as long as you follow directions.
