I take 2-3 pills/day and it’s helping me stave off needing glasses. I notice when I run out that my morning vision is much more blurry. It’s pretty spectacular how much of a life changer this supplement is — improved mood and vision. I’m a big fan. I looked up versions w a high crocin content and they didn’t work as well — surprisingly. So, I’ve come back to this brand and appreciate this supplement so much. Wish there was a bigger bottle option.

Seems to help alleviate depression and heighten mood. Ive also noticed improved circulation. Let’s just say as a man I wake up at full salute if you know what I mean. I’ve been taking it a little over a month and plan on continuing. The 15 mg seems to work great I take it twice a day, morning and about 8 hours after. I tried taking 2 at once just out of curiosity and had a hint of anxiety type feeling like it was too much so I’m sticking with my 15mg doses. Great value product.

I put one of these under my tongue in the morning and again at bedtime. They seem to work well. Help with mood and being in the mood too. As someone else commented, I love the flavor of the saffron present when you put in mouth.

Not sure this is doing anything. Also felt a little weird after taking it. I have a very sensitive stomach so maybe it aggravated my stomach. It may work for others.
