Great Controllers! Relays not up to 220V 20Amp service.
The controllers are great, Five Stars, easy to use, accurate. However two out of four of the 40 Amp relays failed (in the on mode, causing thermal runaway) after a couple weeks of use on a 220 V 23 Amp resistive heater load. They should not be rated at 40 Amps 220 V. Two of them are holding up fine on 110v 10 amp loads for several months of regular use.The thermocouples have too high thermal resistance to work in air, they also had to be replaced with bare junction wires.

A complete system for temperature control.
When you order the PID, you not only get the PID controller, but you also get the Solid State Relay and Heat Sink. You also get a thermal coupler. This is a complete package for building a temperature controller. The only other items are needed are a power cord and switch.

Probe not waterproof, but works great.
I had no issues with the instructions or getting it to work, and nowhere does it say the probe is waterproof but I guess I was hoping it was. Easy fix.

SSR was DOA. Controller lasted 4 hours
Wired everything up. The Solid State Relay would not release. Even tried disconnecting the control input. I didn't have it hooked up in the return period but it is still under the warranty period. Jaybva offered to replace it in 20 days or give me $10. I took the $10 and bought a $19 SSR. Wired it in and everything was working great, for 4 hours, then the controller died. I don't believe these devices will function anywhere near their spec'd values. The original SSR was rated for 40 amps. I was running around 19 amps. The controller was rated for a max of 260V. I was running 220V.
