Good quality, versatile processor/blender at a competitive price point
Does everything it is meant to do, reliably, and at a lower price point than a lot of competing products offering similar functionality. Easy to use. Loads of gimzos to cover most needs. Seems robust and is clearly well made. It may not have the longevity of some alternatives that cost multiple amounts, but if you're not using it every day, I fully expect to get long lifespan and years of value from this.

Good appliance, good value for money
This is the second one I buy, unfortunately the first one stop working after 5 years of intense use. I bought the same one because I really like it and now I have spare parts in case the blades or something else needs replacing. Easy cleaning

Perfect blender, even though I have to blend in batches sometimes but it works well and easy to clean, it’s a great buy for me!

Poor quality appliance and manufacturer customer service
After light use the ‘tooth’ on the bottom of the jug that switches the base on wore out meaning the processor no longer worked. Russell Hobbs replaced the jug after I provided a substantial amount of information and photos. The motor in the main base of the unit then failed completely. Russell Hobbs requested photos of the appliance not working, as well as a video of it not working to be supplied by me having signed up to a third-party site to transfer a video file to them through. They also wanted photos of two fuses alongside information I had already provided through their site when raising the claim, again by email. I considered all this to be excessive and onerous for a customer that had already been inconvenienced by the faulty product, and I won’t risk buying this brand again. Thankfully Amazon refunded the purchase after a short online chat.

Good first time Machine.
Bought this at a reasonable price, first time using one so just wanted something easy and simple- which it is. Bit of a play about and I am getting the hang of it now. The machine parts store nicely inside so no fiddling about looking for attachments. Seems to cut and shred most things reasonably so no issues. It is a little plasticly but it is not a high end professional model. Some nooks and crooks when cleaning but not a Biggy, very happy with it as a basic entry level machine, the only fault I can say is that it is a shame it doesn't cook the food too !!
