I wanted to take out the time to try out my computer before I could fully give a review. Let's start by talking about the shipping. It was supposed to get here within I think 7 to 10 business days but I received it within 4 to 5 days which was amazing. The packaging was very secure the box was huge filled with this spectacular style bubble wrap so that my computer would not be harmed. The appearance of the computer knowing that it was not brand new I would definitely say I couldn't tell. As I remove my computer from the box I noticed that my screen was actually extremely bigger than I thought. Which was another Plus because I was looking forward to seeing a 19 inch screen but for some reason it looks bigger. My intentions was to buy this as a set and then purchase a monitor separate because I wanted to make sure that I had a monitor that was big enough for all of my tasks but this one is perfect. When I started the computer there was a process with getting started the setup which took a little time but it was so simple yet worth it. The system that it came with I totally forgot the name but I ended up just downloading Google Chrome to accommodate my liking. The mouse and keypad that came with my computer had cords so I didn't use them I ended up just purchasing a wireless set. I went straight to the music because we all know we love to listen to music while we work right? And I really didn't like the sound coming from the computer system versus the monitor so I just ordered some monitor speakers which made this whole setup perfect. Well after a few days of using my computer I ran into an issue. For some reason everything will my screen became magnified and I was not sure why. My computer came with this little pamphlet that said if I had any issues to please reach out to them and they will be sure to give me help. So I did just that and I spoke with an amazing gentleman named Robert. Mr Robert knew his stuff and he got me taken care of extremely quickly and I promised him that I would do a review once I knew exactly how I felt about this whole process. Needless to say you guys there's no reason to be skeptical about something that is going to end up being amazing. What do you have to lose? Because of the product that we order here on Amazon we have the ability to return it within 30 days if we're not pleased with our purchase. If you are a person who is definitely 100% honest I say try it take the chance and you never know you will love this whole system setup. By the way in this picture you will see that I also made a few other purchases to make my desk much more girly and suit my needs. Thank you so much Mr. Robert

UPDATE to this review: I originally gave them 3 stars but dropped to ONE star. I am now uploading pictures of the computer, which has damage to the back side. Looks like they put some plastic covering over the tower itself, maybe due to scratches or something in order to cover them, and I would not mind at all but forgot to mention this in first review that the plastic was peeling up and this was right out of the box. I also thought it had an HDMI port but it does NOT so the new monitor I purchased came with an HDMI cord that CAN'T be attached so had to use the VGA cord that this company gave with the CRAPPY OLD Dell monitor they supplied with the computer. I just purchased a new HDMI to USB cable since the HDMI cord gives much better resolution than VGA. Pictures also loaded. Unfortunately you may not be able to really see the incredibly POOR resolution of that old monitor, and it has a yellow tint that I could not fix even when I tried changing the brightness and contrast. But in comparison to the new one I just got- the quality is night and day. The company said they would refund me $10 (wow) yet I have NOT seen that refund yet and it has been several days. I won't hold my breath.I bought this refurbished since I did not want to spend a lot of money on a PC. The tower was in good condition, but the monitor was not the one in the picture and I failed to see the note that they ship whatever parts they have. Well- this monitor looks like one of the first monitors made. It is big and clunky and resolution is poor. The WiFi adaptor included worked for about 10 min and then stopped working. Other people said the same thing in the reviews.I contacted the seller and he said that he couldn't replace the monitor but would give me $10 credit for the WiFi. I purchased a new one from TP-link and it worked perfectly but cost me $20. I also bought a new monitor and paid $60 for it so hopefully that one will be good- it won't arrive for another week.So, this $130 computer ended up costing me over $200. I should have just returned it and started over with a different company but it does have 1TB hard drive and the processor is good. I did not want the hassle of having to box it all back up and drive 1 hour to the nearest UPS store to do a return. Disappointed.

Got what I paid for. It was a refurbished set and it is slow

My old computer had gotten some kind of virus that I couldn't get rid of and was making the whole thing useless. So, I went onto Amazon and found this computer for about $125. I read the reviews and they all looked good, and so I bought it. It took all of about 2 minutes to hook it up and do the setup. It came with Windows 10, which had given me worries the night before that it might not include stuff like that.The reviews mentioned troubles with the included monitor. However, this monitor is hooked up now and works fine. I had to tweek the monitor at first because the icons were off the screen by about 1/4 inch, something I have not done in a long time. After checking software solutions, I finally tried the monitor itself, and sure enough, there is a button that moves the entire display from left to right. And, that fixed that problem.The only problem left for me to solve with this computer is hooking it up to my large screen smart TV which I had previously connected via HDMI on my old computer which had an HDMI port. So far, I have not found an HDMI port on this computer, only regular USB ports. There is one port that my HDMI cable almost fit into, but it was obviously not a fit. It has a strange icon next to it, almost looks like a mouse. Don't know. Maybe it is an upgraded HDMI port. Need to find out. I tried using the regular monitor cables, but my smart TV does not have that port.All in all, this computer is terrific for the price. My wife is using it for internet and email and spider solitaire every now and then. By the way, another interesting feature that comes with this computer is the size of the hard drive -- a full terabyte.
