This model was supposed to come with a 256 GB SSD and Windows 10 home but it did notEdit: it's an M.2 not SATA, I now see that. Tiny. ....So I've changed my review

Photo misleading, no SD slot and is Win 10 Pro not Home
I just got it because a previous different Amazon certified died in a week. After I use it more I may revise my review.The keyboard was better than some and is apparently needed to unpack Windows software. My wireless keyboard wasn't recognized. I later installed a Bluetooth keyboard and it working fine. The Windows version included is the latest and is Pro 64 bit. And it was very well packed for shipping.Windows says the CPU isn't good enough for Win 11.So far it seems to run well. But I chose this unit thinking it had the SD card slot as in the photo so that is disappointing. Shipping took over a week.

These need to be packaged better.
I received and returned two of these. They had a premade bubble wrap but it was split open so that the case still rattled against the keyboard during shipment. Both of the keyboards arrived with keys that were knocked loose. One of the computers had a broken or loose front grating. Had they taped the bubble wrap shut and protected the keyboard so that it arrived undamaged then I would've kept it.If you do get one without shipping damage, it would be a great value for the money. The i5-7500 is good for any office task and it has a lot of USB ports.

Renewed....NOT!
The previous owner info was still on the computer and it is not possible to complete the setup.Obviously this was not renewed, falsely advertised.Not recommended.UPDATE: based on the service tag, the CPU is 6th gen i5-6600. this is a case of false advertising.Shame.

Frustrating Experience
Well, I don't know if this computer was good or not because I couldn't get past the bitlocker encryption key that the "refresher" company placed on the hard drive. Returned it, because the time trying to figure out the problem with absolutely no documentation isn't worth it.

Quick, Fast, Basic Needs for my Grandfathers Use.
This PC is quick, and fast. It was bought for my grandfather to replace a aging 2008 HP All in One PC that has magnitude of issues.Systems Specifications may vary to per user.I had a ASUS 21.5" LED Monitor laying around not being used to pair with this PC.Also had a Gigabyte GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 to put in as well for HD Streaming, and Light Gaming.CPU Specs are kind of wrong in a way. Mine came with a i5-7600, not a i5-7500.The 256GB SSD is quick. So, expect the PC to boot into Windows very quick.16GB of DDR4 Ram at 2400MHz "Mega Transfers". This is basic DDR4 Ram, so don't expect quick speeds with this kit.. PC will be very responsive either ways. I can also say that it is indeed configured in Dual Channel as there was Two 8GB Sticks in correct slots.OS Installed is not exactly Windows 10 Home, but however Windows 10 Professional.PC was a bit sluggish trying to get into Windows during Setup, but once it does, it's very responsive.I don't have any Pro's or Con's, as there has only been a week of use of this PC from my grandfather. I will update as time passes by.
