Works for my '02 F150 5.4 V8 Supercrew
So far so good. Perfect fit for my '02 F150.Old pump had 180,000+ miles on it and was loosing pressure when turned off, and pressure was only 28 PSI when running (should be closer to 32-36, although 28 is just at the bottom of spec). I caught the old one before it completely failed.I figured for a major name brand manufacturer would be a safe bet, and 1/2 the price of a Motorcraft branded one.Pump assembly fit perfectly, fuel pressure is now 34 PSI when running and no pressure drop when shut off. Fuel gauge works just fine. The only gripe I have with it is that the fuel sock on this one is smaller than the OEM one I pulled out, but not a deal breaker by any means. If it really bothers you, you can order an OEM size one and put that on before install, but I would not bother. My assembly looks a little different than the picture in the description. Mine does not have the rubber part around the pump itself, not sure what the deal is with that, the OEM did have one also.Tons of install videos online for replacing this on a F150. Some say take the bed off, some say drop the tank. I had to drop the tank due to the fact that I have a supercrew and the fuel pump itself is mostly under the cab, not the bed. No problems with the pump. included gasket fits perfect, harness is same length as OEM. Only problem I had was getting the connector off the fuel tank pressure unit. Took me about 3 hours to do by myself with a jack and 2 jack stands. May go a little faster with help, but can be done by yourself.Only reason not 5 stars is it has only been in for a month, so no idea if it will last as long as the OEM, but this has a "limited lifetime" warranty, whatever that means.edit:changed it to 5 stars since it seems to last so far.Update: May 21, 20192.5 years/14,000 miles on this pump and it is still working fine. Pressure is still the same as new and no leak down even when not used for several days. While not at the 15 years/185,000 miles of the old pump, so far so good.

Great replacement fuel pump assembly
This thing works well. My other fuel pump completely died on me. It was the original one and had 15 years on it. Removed the old one and this new one fit perfectly. Installed and hooked up in a grew minutes. Truck started right up and had been running well for the past month or so no problem.Good quality. Easy install. Great price.

Delphi pump works great on my 03 F150
The delphi pump I received was a perfect fit on my 2003 F150 supercab. The metal has "delphi" imprinted on the top plate (see photo). It also comes with a rubber gasket which lines up with the 6 bolts that hold it in place. My old pump lasted 16 years, 130K miles, before I started having intermittent crank/no start issues, and in one case the engine shutting off after starting due to a fuel pressure drop. I installed this 3 weeks ago and it is working fine. It took me just over 2 hours to install it myself. I did this by sliding the truck bed back. I had to remove 6 T50 bolts in the bed, detach the gas hose line from the bed (there's 3 nuts by the fuel door, and a clamp under the bed), disconnect the pigtail of wires by the rear bumper, and the two license plate light bulbs, then I was able to slide the bed back far enough to access the top of the fuel tank.

Quality part
This is not a job to risk low quality parts on. This pump and level sensor unit is OE quality

Great price, OEM quality all the way, and a lifetime warranty!
Update to my review. It FAILED in about 2 or 3 months. It now makes only 24 PSI max, and the truck can't go over 2 mph. Now I have to pull it out and see if it's a genuine Delphi. It came in an Amazon box, and inside was the pump and hangar assembly inside a bubble wrap bag, with instructions. But nothing inside said Delphi (or any other brand) on it. Is the seller passing off Chinese junk pumps? I'll find out when I pull it out. I'm curious to see how the warranty is handled. Even if they warranty it, it was a lot of work to drop the tank! Pump voltage was about 13.6v at the pump, so wiring is not an issue. The filter was replaced with the pump, genuine Motorcraft filter.I scoped the fuel pump voltage and amperage, and will provide a screenshot. Pump RPM is about 6,490 RPM. Low amperage is about 3.86 amps, while peak amperage is about 5.0 amps. Average is 4.5 amps. This pump is junk!My original review after purchase:This was a quality piece. Stainless hat, OEM quality wiring harness and everything else. And a great price. Plus lifetime warranty! For just under a hundo and free shipping, I can't complain! It works just fine, and everything looked good. I did notice the original pump had a foam wrap around the pump itself that this one did not have. It came with a new strainer and tank gasket. Its the boot down type, so no special tool required and no beating a screwdriver with a hammer to get a ring off. Buy it!!!

Exact fit for my truck. Works great.
Fuel pump bolted right into the fuel tank on my truck. Came with a built in gasket, which is nice. Truck fired right up and runs great.

Fuel pump works, but the fuel gauge is not accurate.
Upon filling the gas tank, I discovered the fuel gauge is inaccurate. I suspect it’s off at least 1/8 of the tank capacity. I made sure upon installation that I DID NOT bend or alter the position of the fuel level sending unit. If I can, I’ll return it. Unfortunately, I drive the truck very little and the 30 day return window had passed before I realized the gauge did not show full upon filling the tank to maximum the first time.
