My one-year-old grandson loves music - causing it (via a keyboard or drum) and listening. Most drum sets for babies/toddlers have a lot of sharp edges and are more complicated than is practical. This little set is super safe and lightweight. It works very well. The presets are fun to explore.Note: We did take the drumsticks away, as he wanted to put them in his mouth and we were worried about him hurting himself. But it works perfectly by just banging on the drums and cymbal. The description says ages 2-5, but younger kids can have fun with it!!

Bought this for my grandson when he was a few months old he's very musical he loves anything that he can make noise with including singing lol well he's two and half years old now he will still go to it to play the great thing is the drummer stick is soft so he can't hurt himself or anyone else with he likes to throw toys once in awhile it's even still working as ruff as he can be with his toys.
