im not happy of this earing , very small

I love my new 1/2ctw diamond studs earrings. They are clear and sparkly. I leave them on all the time and they feel secure and comfortable. I'm very pleased with the vendor and merchandise.

I like them, they sparkle, but I didn't realized how small 1/2 carat total weight was. Nice second hole size earrings. No flaws that I can see, not cloudy at all, and I would buy them again.

I love these earrings and have been exceptionally pleased, until today.I got this crazy, "please review this purchase" email. It started out with "you purchased jewelry online, really?" and followed up with "really"!?!?! Like I was an idiot for haven done so. Very concerned and trying to decide whether or not I need an outside appraisal?????

Stones were smaller than what I expected, but it is OK. One thing that I didn't like about was one of earring posts was not straight. I didn't believe that it said "NEW" on outside of the plastic bag. I was wondering if the store even checked everything before shipping. $500 was not cheap shopping for me.
