Good for cabinets & socks
I like these for assembling cabinets. Quality = good.BUT the reason I bought them was to stretch some expensive dress socks. Another did mention this use but I’m including a picture. Just leave overnight @ your legs will thank you.

Having the Right Tool!
I’ve had one 8 & 1/2” Jorgensen clamp for over 50 years and have used it often......Then I had a repair project that required 2 clamps.... so I ordered this one, a virtual “twin”! Together the clamps worked perfect for the repair project, easily saving me $400.00The most important thing in “repairs” ...... having the “right” tools !

Overall good quality and function despite the shallow crack.
there was a shallow crack on one of the jaws running nearly the whole length of the jaw. Used some thin superglue in the crack and clamped the jaws together. hopefully will stop the spread.

Made in US clamps - definitely worth the extra money to get a higher quality than similar but Made In China parts.

The clamps I received in were made in China
I have some original, Made in USA Jorgensen number 0 clamps. I ordered another from Amazon. The one I received was made in China and doesn't have near the quality craftmanship of my original. I will be returning the new one.

The worst problem is that of four clamps
Even though the price was surprisingly low, I thought these were Jorgensen brand clamps. The clamps DO say "Jorgensen" on them, including the quotes. They also say "Made in China", not made in the USA as real Jorgensen clamps do. The quality is markedly lower than actual Jorgensen clamps (which I have several of). The worst problem is that of four clamps, two have already developed splits in the wooden handles. These are turned by hand, so the split is decidedly uncomfortable. In addition, the plating on the screws has bubbles and blobs in it. On three of my four clamps, I had to file these out with a triangular file before I could run the clamp fully open or closed.Very disappointed, and I'm feeling like I was tricked by an unethical vendor/maker.
