This little pillow has really helped with my hip pain. I don't move around alot when I sleep, so the pillow stays put. Its shape is perfect and very comfortable. I got a second one to use below the knee, but it was not helpful, so I have a spare. Worth every penny!

It is much better than a pillow for side-sleepers to keep your hips in alignment and your knees apart. It is firm but comfortable and compact but large enough. It's shape fits nicely between your thighs and keeps it in place when you shift from one side to the other.

Smaller than anticipated however it is comfortable. I just wish it was a bit bigger, it does provide back and hip relief

Very good, does what is needed and much better than a regular pillow I used before.Barely noticeable in all positions, yet holds the spine as intended. No back pain in the morning.

I purchased the Contour Legacy Leg & Knee Foam Support Pillow specifically to help with my hip pain issues. On the positive side, the cushioning is thick and supportive, and I appreciated that Contour is a well-established brand with experience in creating ergonomic products.Unfortunately, the pillow just didn't work for my body type. Despite the quality construction, the size was simply too small for my anatomy, which prevented it from providing the hip pain relief I was hoping for. The product itself seems well-made, but the one-size approach didn't accommodate my needs.I ultimately had to return the pillow, though I imagine it could work well for someone with a different body type. If you're considering this product, I'd recommend carefully checking the dimensions to ensure it will be appropriate for your size before purchasing.

Comes packed tightly in a smallish box so item needs to be left out of packing for some time so it can regain its normal shape. Feels firmer than I thought it would but it seems to work. On my side, when I get it positioned properly, where it feels most comfortable, it keeps my legs aligned and my knees apart. Only had it for two days/nights and I feel better in the morning. I am Both a back and side sleeper so I only use when I’m on my side. After only a couple nights I am not as sore as before I received this product when I get up in the morning.

Using this at 7 months pregnant. So far it is helping with hip support and having better posture while side sleeping. Feels more supportive than the maternity body pillow I had been using.

Pregnant and not using it between my legs but it’s a fantastic lumbar support pillow that is small and great to move around the house! Has made a difference and helping with my comfort level.
