Got this camera system about a month ago, march 2019..... cameras are made of a good material. Software is very confusing, there is a lot of things that I’m still don’t know what are for. Mobil app it’s okay too.Yes. And yes customer service of curse is there to help you. They do have some nice guys and very helpful Going back to the cameras, for $700 I believe you probably can get something else with better picture quality. I really don’t think that this system has the best picture.Night time view is okay but motion detection is very sensitive even at the lowest level still sending me loke 50 email at night.Overall. Get something with 4k cameras and 4k monitor if you want a nice picture quality.
