This headset is fantastic, except for the microphone. It's really comfortable, fits great, and the sound is awesome. But the microphone only worked for a few minutes, then my friend said all he heard was static, and then he heard nothing at all. No matter what I did I couldn't get the microphone to work. I talked to the seller about it and they were so helpful. Their customer service is amazing, they definitely make sure their customers are 100% satisfied with their product. I've seen other comments about the headset and no one else seemed to have any issues with the microphone, so maybe it was just a fluke, or maybe it just doesn't work right with my PS4 controller. Either way, the headset is really good, the microphone just had issues. But if you buy it and have any issues with it, definitely get ahold of the seller. They like to hear the feedback so they know what they need to fix with their product. Fantastic customer service.

Kids love them. Use them all day if I let them. Definitely cancels noise because I've got to go through some things for them to here me. Mic works well. They works with phone and tablet. Computer Nintendo switch witless wireless remote. Sound quality is good. I listen in a lot to make sure they aren't talking to creepers. Mic is sturdy hasn't broken off like others in the past. This paticular is used by my 5 yr old to play Minecraft and computer stuff. They are durable. For sure. Oh lights are really cool. I would definitely recommend these. And would buy over & over. We've gone through a lot of headphones over the last couple years. Can take a beating. Always find them on the floor. Still like new.

I bought these headphones as a back up pair about 5 months ago. They look good but do not work for gaming. The microphone don't work and the lights don't work. I tried on Xbox, ps4 and PC. Lots of distortion when the cord moves. If press the male/female ports together real tight the mic works but as soon as I let go it stops working. I would like a replacement or exchange but its been 5 months so I'm probably stuck with a defective product. They look great and feel comfortable but I purchased these for functionality not fashion. If everything worked these would be a 5 star product. I'm willing to edit this review if an exchange can me made for a working pair of headphones.

These headphones fit great and have minute head changes that allow everyone to get the perfect fit. I bought these to go with my PS4 and the sound quality was amazing. Not quite as sound canceling as they were hyped up to be, but still good. Really long chord to reach far ports if need be.However I was a bit bummed when I found out that you need a USB to activate the LED lights. Even then, they hardly have worked for me. As it doesn't affect the function of the headphones I don't care that much and still use them, but the lights were one of the big reasons I bought this product. Just as a warning.

Barely five days after using these headphones the thing is defective. I thought it was my computer's USB port. Thankfully it is not. Instead somewhere in the inside of the headphone wire there is a broken spot. When I move the wire around a bit, the headphones turn on. If I want to continue working with it, I have to be still like a statue and not even breath because the slightest movement shakes the wire and turns the headphones off. Overall this pair looks impressive quality and light up features are really fun. It fits extremely comfortably and the sound is great for a pair in this price range. Three stars for that. If only it was not defective. Lost 2 stars because it is defective. I can no longer recommend these headphones.I reached out to tech support on amazon chat which is the button that shows up on the order page next to the order. The agent said she will give $10 off. But I didn't think I wanted to be stuck with a pair that didn't work. I paid $25. I told her I wanted to exchange. Then she offered $15 off of a new pair and if that doesn't work then I can be sent a return shipping label. It really was a waste of time to deal with this back and forth. I am only asking for a product that works for the money I paid. I ended the chat.A few minutes later I got a email from the amazon agent giving me directions to return the item with a prepaid shipping label. Not sure what happened between my ending the chat and her sending out the email but this could have saved 20 minutes of my time had it been done earlier. Nevertheless, I will be returning and will not be purchasing another pair from amazon.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Great fit, quality and looks. Sounds like a professional grade headphones. My 9yr old has been using it carefully for 3 days and there has been no damages or issues with it. Solidly made and lights up with color changing lights. I didn't get a chance to look at it closely for long but I didn't notice an off switch to turn off the lights when these are not in use. There is a switch and volume control however it did not respond to switching off when I toggled it. Either way this is a great pair and I highly recommend. As for the power off switch issue I will have to unplug it from the computer.

The media could not be loaded.  OMG I was very surprised by what this headphone can offer! I bought and few pairs of headphone for both PS4 and PC gaming. But the quality on thie LED Gaming Headset are super phenomenous, beautiful and clean I play Fortnite with this new headset. It's good quality, comfortable, easy to use, very good sounds and noise cancellation! I was so so surprised for the RGB led lights, the lights on the side look cool and beautiful and only work when the power for these is plugged in with the USB power I mean, come on guys! $20 it's an amaing deal! The price is very cheap for what this headphone's worth.

Bought these a year ago in March of 2019. Today, 5/1/2020, the left speaker went out.Pros:-It’s cheap!Cons:-it’s cheap because it’s made cheaply.-Speakers are cheap so sound is mediocre at best.-The different outputs don’t all work.-Mic never worked-The auxiliary lights never worked.

These headphones surprised me with the quality. I purchased the wrong ones, wanted them for my PS4 but they are for computer, my husband loves them! Still a fantastic buy and find.

No los recomiendo. Los he cambiado una vez, porque fallaban las luces y los que me han enviado, de nuevo vuelven a fallar. El sonido va bien, pero la iluminación de los cascos, en dos meses, van dos que fallan.

Très content de ce casque au niveau qualité-prix.Tout d'abord je trouve que le packaging et bien soigné et le matériel bien protégé dans sa boîte(photo). Avec évidemment l'adaptateur pour PC mais aussi une rallonge USB en plus.Ensuite au niveau du design se mélange de noir et rouge avec l'effet métallique est tout simplement très bien choisis et justement équilibrée.Les LED au niveau des écouteurs amènent juste la lumière qu'il faut pour rendre ce casque cool.Au niveau du confort comme je le montre sur la vidéo, c'est impeccable avec de bons coussins qui permettent de faire de longues sessions avec.Le réglage se fait sans problème et c'est l'un des casques qui prend au mieux vraiment toute l'oreille sans laisser passer d'air pour ma part.La longueur du câble est très bien. Et la commande du son et du micro rien à dire.Maintenant au niveau qualité et bien c'est du très bon son par rapport au prix que ce soit au niveau des écouteurs ou du micro.Pour conclure pour ma part et par rapport au même prix c'est l'un des meilleurs casques que j'ai pu avoir.

It’s been awhile since I went shopping for headsets. I have to admit , i’m quite surprised how there are so many decent priced headsets on amazon with so many positive reviews. I honestly wasn’t sure which one to choose for my son’s 12 birthday. He’s been using earphones when playing games on PC, I know he wanted to try gaming headsets instead. He was so happy when he got these headsets. They arrived in a presentable box securely packed. First impression - they look smart and sleek. Definitely dint look and feel cheap at all. They are lightweight, the plastic part look sturdily made, the ear cups are soft and big and cover his ears well and comfortable to wear even after long use. The long braided cable feels sturdy and strong. The sound quality is amazing considering the price point. The mic works well too. Son said his friends can hear he speaks clearly over the mic. And the best part of all, according to him, it’s the LED lights. He said that the lights make the headsets look cool and futuristic. To me, I’d say it’s the 18 month money back warranty and free replacement that’s offered with the headsets is the best part of all!I still couldn’t believe that you can get professional looking , good quality headsets for just £20. Especially when they come with that long warranty, I surely think these headsets are a good value and a brilliant buy. Would repurchase.

Ho scelto queste cuffie perché sono in stile con il mio pc di gaming, hanno illuminazione che fa l'atmosfera che volevo. Sono silenziosi tipo "chiusi" e se li mette il mio marito io non sento pratticamente niente di ciò che ascolta. Vanno bene per la testa grande di mio marito. Posso regolare la grandezza. Mi preoccupa che la plastica soprattutto nelle parti che regolano la grandezza della testa si possa rompersi velocemente ma la plastica in se sembra robusta e di qualità. Il microfono funziona bene. Tutto sommato mi piacciono.
