Assembly required.
Nice cabinet, although time consuming to assemble. Assembly takes some guess work, nothing labeled and just general instructions.

You get what you pay for....UPDATE 4/22
Read the reviews but took a chance on it anyway because I had no other options for under $250.1) It came completely disassembled (doesn't say that in the advert), which is no big deal until you take it out of the box. The way it is designed is silly...as is the way you're supposed to assemble it. Instructions are not bad but there are better ways to do it, which I chose.2) Box came undamaged but upon unpacking it there were a couple panels which were slightly bent/dinged as well asa couple edges where the powder coat had already come off from the mfg. The wrench provided is not bad, but a good socket wrench is MUCH better. Took me 10 minutes to unpack & 40 minutes to fully assemble, by myself.3) Storage - is adequate for what I need, but there is no way you will fit more than 10 long guns unless you don't need any shelves & as long as all of your rifles are .22's. I have a 2 30.06 rifles, a .22 rifle, an SKS & a shot gun - they all fit on the large cabinet side but that's about it (could maybe fit another .22).4) Lock came installed on the door - it was loose out of the box. Not sure how long it will last but don't have much optimism. Rest of the cabinet, once everything was tightened & installed, is not too bad. Light but not "flimsy". I need to drill a hole through the back to put a lag bolt into the wall, otherwise it is light enough for 2 guys to snatch & grab during a break in.Bottom line: again, for what you pay for it & free delivery (which took 5 days less than originally anticipated), its not bad. I had low expectations & it pretty much slightly exceeded them. It WILL have issues when you get it, but if you're looking for a cheap locking cabinet for a half dozen pistols & rifles, it will do. Just remember - you get what you pay for. IF it holds together for 4 years, then I got my money's worth out of it.UPDATE: 2 years in & the lock is broken/very loose & the top "lock/stopper" on the top of the door won't go up, thus the door only latches on the bottom. Metal door is so loose & flimsy that without it, you can easily pull it open & remove the guns. NOT worth the money. This thing is garbage.Latest Update: Had go cut out a section of the back plate (since the 3 screws do not allow removal of the stamped metal). All the screws were loose (no lock washers), & the bars had moved to only "engage" when the lock was unlocked. Removed all 3 screws on the lock, moved the bars into the correct position & replaced the screws. Works perfectly. Basically, who ever is building these things don't bother to tighten the screws or torque them down. If you have a grinder, it's a simple fix. Still a waste of money = bad build quality, poor design & completely misrepresented as far as how many long guns it will hold, but hope this helps anyone who is having issues.

For the price it exceeded expectations.
Not the easiest thing I have ever put together, I would recommend if your not inclined to putting stuff together to get a friend who does. Despite the other reviews I read, It came in undamaged with full instructions. Highly recommend a small ratchet wrench and box wrench for the tight spaces when putting it together.

Locked and loaded
Came with a few dents and dings but other than that it wasn’t bad to put together and does what it says it will do..... kinda lol I can’t see it holding 10 guns but it will hold 2assault rifles a 30/30 and a shotgun and maybe one more unless you use the other side. I keep my pistols and ammo there though. Bottom line is it’s Still worth it!!

No Instructions Poor Lock Material
As others have said...no instructions so proceed slowly in assembly and DO NOT install screws until you are absolutely certain it is assemble correctly. Yes you can tell. The three point locking hardware is horrible. Plastic bushings have failed with 5 days of using it. When I went to unlock the cabinet the cheap handle broke off and because of the plastic bushings I had to pry the latching rod down to open the unit. Attempting to seek repair materials from manufacturer, otherwise I will use two hasps to keep secure.

I wanted to leave a 5 star review for the haters, but could not
I read so many bad reviews and thought "people must only review this to vent when things go wrong", so I decided to buy anyway and committed to leaving a review. I had pretty high hopes. I experienced the same as most others and got a damaged unit. The box itself was undamaged, so I was surprised to see damage to the unit. Some massaging with a rubber mallet got it straight enough to assemble, but not perfect. The instructions were bare bones and I found myself taking way longer than necessary as I had made some mistakes in the process due to the limited instructions. When installing the shelves, the shelf locking pieces did not engage as they were supposed to. Then I ended up missing some shelf clips altogether. I went through the box a few times to make sure I hadn't misplaced them, but no, they were in fact absent from the manufacturer. It kind of works with a couple wobbly shelves due to missing clips, and some cosmetic damage to the corner. I was also disappointed to not have the option for shelving in the wider section of the cabinet. The space is not ideal for my setup. Also, the doors are held in place with spring loaded pins. TI would be very easy to remove a door to gain access. It seems decent for the price, but with other, better options other there, I would avoid.

Be sure to get the side parts in the correct positions.
EDIT: Added a star - great customer service. mailed me a replacement part for a defective item on the cabinet. got the wrong part then mailed me the correct part. All in all I'm very pleased with the product.Overall a decent cabinet, a little tough to figure out when assembling but once you get it it flies together. The only issue I have with it is that there are screws missing on the lock hardware (see picture). This seems like it was either them trying to save money on screws or an assembler who was being lazy. Both speak to the quality of this gun storage.Otherwise it came with some rust and underspray from the painter in the very corners and that's all that I can find at fault with it. This is a inexpensive gun storage with a lock that may or may not be assembled correctly. Not a big deal if you're handy but it hurts to have a new product show up like this.
