I used this for a narrow shelf I made to place my internet modem on. Worked perfectly for my needs.

Brackets rocked!! Arrived quickly, packaged well. Used to secure a heavy shelf inside a wood cabinet. The screws could use a sharper point....these were hard to start, so I used my own, but the brackets? They are awesome! Shelf has been up for 3 months with heavy cans and staples, no problem. Would/will buy again.

I started to hang a very large and heavy wall mirror. I was stucked at how it will be sturdy, since we have 12 month baby. Now she is leaning to everything. I go home depot and could not find anything which can hold sturdy. 3 screws on both side options are very helpful. I used 3 on wall and 2 screws in mirror. I drilled mirror frame to to avoid damage to the frame slowly. For the wall l used heavy-duty screws with Plastic anchors.

These worked fine for my rather unorthodox use - to attach the side boards of a fence rail to the post. I actually ordered them 3 times, after the first test order. I could not use the screws that came with them, as I needed longer, but the brackets served the purpose. I was about to order my last set this month, but the price has increased so I will just hop to my local Lowe's/HomeDepot and purchase. It was at HomeDepot that I first saw them, but the price was better on Amazon. Now, I can get them cheaper locally, a win! I guess the price went up on Amazon because of the Coronavirus, an opportunity to make a few extra bucks. Sad.

These served my purpose well, though I did use longer screws (that were outdoor screws) in order to provide additional strength. I think that the added dents in the corners provide more strength than if they were not there. I forgot that these were stainless before writing this review and am really glad to see that they are.

I purchased these to sure up my office desk that I had to disassemble for new carpet installation. In the process, of disassembly and moving, some of the metal dowels broke. These brackets helped sure up my desk and now it is even stronger than before.

I bought these hoping to join two pieces of wood at a right angle. The first picture shows two brackets bolted together back to back, and it is obvious that the the vertical sides are not flat. Less obviously, the brackets are also slightly distorted around each of the mounting holes, as shown in the second picture.Although these are made of stainless steel, they are very thin (1.22 mm as measured with a digital caliper).While disappointing, they are good enough for some purposes where it is not necessary to use cabinet grade hardware. For example, these could be used to connect 2x4s or other pieces of wood to make rough frame or box. Not so good if the frame or box will be subject to side loads, but OK for moderate vertical loads.
