Emotionally Healthy Spirituality Course Workbook: It's impossible to be spiritually mature, while remaining emotionally immature

I like this because it can be used more than once.

This book is 18 years old, and the various editions aren't compatible with each other.

Incredible book...so many things I wish I would have known a decade ago. Such a good/interesting writer with a lot of practical advice on how to truly follow the Lord and mature in our walk with Him. I highly recommend this book. I already have one friend reading it and another waiting to get it next!

Easy read, good personal challenge

This book is very beneficial. I led a group through this book and thoroughly enjoyed it and felt that we all grew in our emotional health.

As a Christian it is sometimes hard to understand how to express emotions, especially negative ones, in a healthy and appropriate manner. This book and workbook provide great insight and tools for a group or individual study. I learned that I can be healthy emotionally while delighting in Holy communion with God.

As a small group pastor at my church I became hooked on this book, made our staff attend a seminar and now require home group leaders to read this to add extra tools in their tool box. Yes, its that helpful.

A must for all. There's not many books I'd place in my re-read shelf, but this is one. Keep in mind, it's not for the faint of heart. Doing excavation on our heart issues can be painful, whilst necessary.

Arrived quickly, great book for a great course; highly recommended. Contains articles/questions from the handbook.

This workbook is written too enjoy side by side with the text. The questions are open for short answers or you can journal about what is on you mind as you read the text. Great for small group discussion and personal guidance . Very well done. Enjoyed doing some past generational insight using the gene gram .Very life changing if you are willing to do the journey.
