I do a lot of barbecuing and these mats are golden! I use these when prepping my meats. Nice and big and so far the knives are scarring them but haven't had any cuts go through. Also great for protecting a surface when doing other general cooking things.

GREAT product. The cutting boards are bigger then expected. They are perfect for a commercial kitchen. Great for Pastry projects with the little ones. Lots of working room. They are easy to clean and store nicely.

I purchased these for our cub scout pack, as I really wanted to up the menu for the adults (as well as me). These are HUGE, THICK, and an incredible deal. We are purchasing a second set as I'm getting the kids involved now in cook prep for meals and need a set for them, while I and the adults prep on the first set.
