My husband uses this after his martial arts workout. This is considered an impact medicine, which is necessary when executing moves on a wing chung wooden dummy. Whenever bones are impacted the natural process is for the bones to grow denser so they become stronger. This medicine increases the blood flow to the bone area to help it grow stronger. By using this, especially on his knuckles, it has kept them from enlarging and eventually making it difficult to use his hand. He applies it to his shoulders, arms and hands before and after a workout. Not only does it increase the blood flow to the bones, but also to the muscles so that any soreness is short lived. Obviously, he thinks this is great stuff!I use it on my hands to help prevent numbness during the night, since I knit and crochet every day. I've also used it during the day on my hands to try and prevent them from getting arthritic. It does help, but I've knitted and crocheted for so many years that it doesn't totally prevent my hands from becoming numb. It absorbs quickly (it's alcohol based), but what I don't like about it is that it STINKS! Fortunately the odor doesn't last too long and it's a small price to pay for something that works.

Love this in these bottles. No more wasting product on cotton balls or other materials to transfer to the skin. There's a tiny hole in the smooth plastic 1 inch round slightly domed tip that allows the lotion out and smooths it on the skin as you glide it along. No more getting this all over you hands and fingers!
