Centuries ago, we found on the markets and fairs, a crispy waffle containing a soft trim. It was a delicacy that there were as many recipes as there were bakers. Meli has developed its own version: wheat flour, lots of butter to get a crispy waffle and honey for a soft filling. Warm or cold, always succulent. Heat up: Put the waffle on a cup of coffee or for a few moments in the microwave oven.
