Great wifi extender! I work from home and my office is in a weird spot across the house from the router.This allowed me to plug right into a wall in my office and extend the range of my wifi router so I could have a stable and strong connectionSo far everything has been really good. Very stable and no drops.Its easy to setup with my TP-link router and setup securities as well!

I ordered this as I wanted to extend the network at a location and make use of the lan port in the extender however when I tried to make this extender work it would not connect to the internet. The issue happened as the mesh network I had kept spitting out multiple network names and this extender got confused while connecting to internet however it kept stating that the network for extending successfully.Also when I accessed the extender admin page after extending the network, it was showing connected to the client in this case my phone however the signal with my router was showing brokenTo make it work - I had to pull my old router and create a new network name and the extender worked as expected, the speed however was not great as compared to TP link extender that I ordered on the same network and that is the reason I am returning this. Also to add that it was running a little hot although it has a lot of holes to let the air flow out.However for the price it is really good and does the job if you want to run something out of the lan port with minimum internet speeds and not really trying to connect to this extender on regular basis

I’ve been using this product for a couple of days now and it Came with everything you needed in the box. It was very easy to set up using the application to connect it to your Wi-Fi. I was happy to see that this also has an ethernet port. My Wi-Fi was extended, and the speed is much higher than it was before. The quality of this extender is pretty sturdy.

I can clock 350mbps on my laptop which is in the same room as the extender by connecting to the actual router. I connect to the extender I can only get 60mbps. I mainly got this for my PC which is struggling to get any kind of speed and there was minor improvement there. I went from 20mbps to 75mbps. Still, not fast enough if my laptop can reach speeds as high as 350mbps in the same room.You get what you pay for I guess.__Update a year later: TRASH I wish i still got 60mbps speeds on this thing.. now it only clocks at 2mbps a year later! Go with something more expensive. This aint it

The Tenda AC11200 Wi-Fi Range Extended is very easy to setup out of the box. As soon as I got it all set up I noticed a huge difference in the ranger and quality and speed if the single of my Wi-Fi Internet signal! I highly recommend it for is you want an afford way to extend your Wi-Fi signal.

This range extender improved my WIFI coverage in my house. I have a TV and a couple other items on the outer reach of my base WIFI router. With adding this range extender mid-way between they now have a reliable signal.Installing a range extender is so much easier than it used to be. Most of the complication has been removed. With the use of a smartphone or tablet this can be set up in just a few minutes. I scanned the QR code to download the Tenda app for extender setup. I than opened the app and created an account. I plugged in the range extender and connected the app to the extenders WIFI. At that point I simply followed the on-screen instructions to let it know my WIFI network and password. Near the end of the setup is gave me a choice of the network name I wanted it to broadcast. Choice was the name of my network plus EXT and EXT 5.0. The second choice was the exact name of my network for both WIFI bands. I set it up with only my network name so I don’t have to change WIFI connection as I move around my home.
