Honestly the very best one available
My poor Romeo has an allergy and his belly got totally broken out -- really bad, puss, even blood. And he was obsessively licking it, making it worse. The vet wanted to give him one of those awful plastic cones -- no, no, no!!!! So, the vet sold me an overpriced onesy made of cheap material which was designed for dogs, not cats. (I'm sure the vendor told them it was for either animal. It's not. The back end, past the rear legs, went on for several inches -- so it got into the litter box mess. Horrible. I had to keep washing it in hot water, which destroyed the fabric.)I finally looked on Amazon and based on all the good reviews, got this one. Oh, what a breath of fresh air. It's cut out where it can be, so he can breath and not be so constricted. It's easy to put on (as much as putting anything on a cat can be "easy") and it is designed perfectly for a cat --- complete tummy coverage, but plenty open enough not to have any litter box accidents. Thank you!And so stylish! My only complaint is that it was not available for 1 day shipping. When you need it, you need it immediately. Maybe it normally is available quickly, but for us, this happened during the big Covid-19 scare, so all shipping is a bit slower than usual. Well, despite that, we got it in about 5 days and I'm so grateful. The fabric is soft and smooth, but feels sturdy so he probably can't wiggle out of it. The 5% spandex gives it just the right amount of stretch. The edges are finished nicely.Oh, I wish the manufacturer would add the following colors and fabrics (a big omission IMO):-- leopard print (duh, it's for cats!)-- all black (for the hipster cats)-- stripes (like Puss n Boots pirate)-- most glaring omission is solid oilive green (Hello, most cats had green/gold eyes. Not blue -- that's pretty rare)Personally, I would never put my adult cat into something that looks like a child's pajamas. Cats have dignity, you know!Anyway, I'm so glad we got this. So so glad. Now his tummy is healing really nicely!Oh, I was worried about patting him with a bulky velcro closure in the back. Good news! It's not velcro. They must have improved the design and forgot to update the listing. The closure in back is actually a very flat row of good snaps. Easy to pat. Won't pop open by mistake. Purr.PS the sizing chart is accurate. Romeo weights 13.8 lb and the large fits him perfectly.

This suit saved me sooo much headache!
Perfect for my tall, strong, versatile cat. He cannot escape this. Very stretchy material and easy to put on him. Love the button feature it is strong. I originally thought the head was too small but I was completely wrong, it fits perfectly and keeps it near his neck to keep the whole suit in place. My cat had 2 large abdominal incisions unrelated to neuter. He had 2 Penrose drains in his belly and one of his stitches broke! I had sterile pads, this suit, I stuck the pads in the body suit immediately until I can take him to an emergency vet. Now he has only stitches and the drains removed. The incisions moved a little because they cut tissue so one is now near his under belly/leg and one still right on his belly above his privates. This suit saved me sooo much sleep. He was able to take off many cones and still reach, and I bought 5 different kinds. I settled on one but still cannot block him from licking without this body suit. He wears it perfectly fine, it does not rub his wounds at all because of how comfy the material is. ***Must have*** I loved the first one so much I bought another so I can switch back n forth with clean suits.

Worked well, but didn't last
I had brought in a feral-born kitten, and after getting her through some health issues (upper respiratory infection), I was able to get her spayed. I had decided to get her a recovery suit as an alternative to the cone of shame. It is a good thing that I did, as the cone of shame started to re-awaken her feral instincts and she tried to batter it off. I was able to get her into the suit, and she did look pretty darn cute while wearing it (she is a color point, so has blue eyes and I got the suit in blue). However, she kept trying to get at the Velcro along the back, and the fabric started to lose integrity before her healing was complete. If I have another female kitten, I'd probably order again--but I'd get two from the outset.

Might have been a return?
My cat is 13.5" from base of neck to base of tail and apx 13.5 pounds. I purchased a LARGE.The first thing I noticed is there was many pieces of white lint stuck about the outfit & a couple of tiny pulls, making me think this may have been a prior return that wasn't checked. That kind of upset me for the price and wouldn't put it on my cat thinking what may have been in it. So, I hand washed it and left to dry. When putting it on after the wash/dry, the fabric was thin but very soft; the leg openings were great and had plenty of room, a plus as many have had tight back legs which easily causes chafing. The snaps were decent. The collar is not very wide which is a good thing as others have caught his bottom fangs time and again. So far he hasn't caught on this one. Collar appears abit small around the neck, waited to see if he catches this one w/a fang, which sadly he did a few hours into wearing it. That can be a problem if he is left by himself for a duration/day ect…Still concerned about ordering any more as this one I believe was used. He needs at least 6 more, wearing one per day for the rest of his life to help control his longtime OCD overgrooming issues. While I like the outfit, Im not crazy about getting someones returns for the price point. Will have to seriously think about reordering.****UPDATE ie..return?: I did communicate with the seller and sadly Amazon has these products to ship, maybe they did not secure returns properly. I am very happy with my communicate with the seller and feel more at ease.****Additionally, this garment is working out very well for my OCD cat. Very comfortable for him, plenty of room and more important, plenty of coverage. I just ordered 4 more.

The onesie I ordered was too small.
I’d like the onesie. It was very cute but it was too small according to the measurements. It should’ve fit my cat. Now I’m going to try to sell them on VarageSale to get some my money back.

Not comfortable
The velcro on the back was stiff especially for a small cat in ran from nape to tail
