Bike rack for heavier bikes.
This is well built. I’ve used it a number of times when going camping and taking my big electric bike. The ramp makes it so easy to load the bike instead of having to lift it up onto it.

Poor directions make it difficult to setup; design was changed
The Hitch Mount Rack was supposed to come with two brackets/bars with a welded screw to hold the ramp (see green arrow in first photo). They were to be attached underneath the bolts that the double headed red arrows are pointing to. So when I got mine delivered, it was missing the second bracket/bar like the one pointed to by the green arrow. Instead, an additional bolt was provided with a lock nut pointed to by the blue arrow. A hole was drilled into the far end of the two inch square bar that mounts to the hitch receiver on your vehicle. So I reported the missing bracket/bar and then waited several days. When I heard nothing back I went back in to create a review indicating my experience and the process asked me what I wanted the end result to be. So I said I wanted the bracket/bar sent out to complete the order. I then got an email from the vendor indicating they never saw my first report since I indicated this was the second report. It was then that I learned of the product being updated. They just didn't tell anyone or update the listing within Amazon. The directions I was provided were the directions for the original product before the update had occurred and they were horrible. I saw the extra bolt in my bag of parts, but there was no indication what that bolt was for. The video included on the product page was also for the non-updated product. I was offered a partial refund for my trouble which I accepted. All this could have been avoided if they had just updated the product page on Amazon before shipping any updated product. The ramp I received was for the original product just with an additional hole drilled right in the middle of the ramp. See next photo. I would have preferred to have the original product rather than the updated one. Aside from getting a slightly different product than what was listed on Amazon, the rack is very stable. I had originally purchased one that held two ebikes but I was seriously afraid it wouldn't hold a single ebike over a long distance ride. That is why I switched to this one. (My apologies if the text on the first photo is too small to read, but it is all included in my review above.)

Good price
Yeah, it’ll work great for what I need it for. Great price just don’t expect to put real heavy bikes on it.
U**!
Will not support a motorcycle weighting less than 500 lbs!
First of all it came missing parts. One side of the support bracket for the ramp is missing. As seen in pic #1. the second picture, I have no idea what that is for. The asembly instruction are schetchy at best and they don't even mention what this part is or what it is for! The box tubing on the carrier track is very thin walled. The walls collapsed when mountinig the carrier track with a rachet set and open ended box wrench. After completing assembly, I mounted it on my pickup, figured I could just lock the ramp inside my truck, the carrier was like a seesaw behind my pickup. One side would sag at least 6 to 8 inched lower than the other. I picked up the sagging side and it would just shift and sag at other end. I can only guess what this would do going down the road. My motorcycle weights less than 500 lbs and this is said to hold a bike up to 600 lbs. I'd be concerned about putting anything heavier than a mountain bike on this!

Horrible Instructions but a Great Deal
I upped my review from 4 start to 5 just based on the fact that this carrier is $80 and worked great. I hauled my Honda Elite CH250 scooter (~300 lbs.) camping on it and had no trouble. Took it off when we got there and put it back on before we left and had no issues, takes like 5 mins. It does feel very “light duty” and I was very skeptical of it based on mixed reviews but as long as you put it together right (see below) and strap it down tight, it’s not going to go anywhere. It says it doesn’t come with a hitch pin but it does come with an “anti-sway stabilizer” and the bolt used in that acts exactly like a hitch pin, except it threads into a thing inside the carrier tube when it’s in the hitch to help keep it from swaying and has a sleeve that goes over the bolt and there is a hole for a cotter pin in the end of the bolt, so it is technically a functional hitch pin. My hitch also only has one hole so there’s nowhere to put another pin anyways. It didn’t stop it from swaying completely but it wasn’t out of control or anything. The only caveat is that the included instructions were absolutely horrible. The parts list nor the instructions mentioned anything about flat or lock washers and there were a TON of them. Hopefully you already know enough about hardware to know the correct order they go; unfortunately for me, I didn’t. After doing a little research on google, viewing the assembled picture on here (that actually conflicts the provided instructions), and a little trial and error, I believe I have it together right, although I did end up with 4 big flat washers I didn’t use. I guess if I didn’t get it right it’s just a ~300 lb scooter falling off the back of my truck into traffic, no big deal right?! :/Overall a great value but just know that you had better be pretty handy with the proper application of nuts, bolts and different types of washers or able to research it effectively online (which took me a fair while of reading) if you have any hope of safely assembling this carrier!

Needs improvements
The ramp is nice and makes it easy to board, but very easy to over tighten bolts and bend the metal. Should come with metal shanks to go between the frame to prevent over tightening. Otherwise it is a nice rig. Just something to watch out for.
