I don’t normally cook with saffron(or write reviews - but everyone needs to know), I needed/wanted to bring mouthwatering rich flavors to my food and break my regular spice routine. Oh, boy did I get some flavor from Zaraffe’s threads. The color is amazing – deep red, not your typical grocery store bought saffron, whose threads are more expensive and come out lighter in color. Zaraffe’s saffron is fresh and easy to store. I’m really happy with this product, and will be buying again! Thank you Zaraffe for enriching my taste buds!

First, I love the fact that there is an explanation on the different cuts and subsequent quality of the saffron. Although I have been purchasing and cooking with saffron for years, I never knew these details. It's wonderful to become educated and also receive a high quality product.When opening the jar, I was immediately struck by the divine aroma of the saffron. It was fragrant and smelled undoubtedly fresh. The color of the saffron is also a vibrant red which supports that this is a high quality product.I used the saffron this past Friday night and made some rice for some friends who came over. I was complimented by my friends on the amazing saffron flavor and fragrance.I also felt like the quantity I received was really worth the expense. Overall, I am really happy with my purchase and will definitely be a return customer. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to buy saffron.

I normally get my saffron from Iran when friends or family visit there. When I saw this product I decided to give it a try. I was very pleasantly surprised and will be using this instead. Highlights: it was easily accessible and I used my Amazon prime, it was shipped in a timely manner, and most importantly, it has wonderful aroma and color, and a little goes a very long way! This is the best saffron I've ever had. I make saffron tea it tastes delicious and it helps with depression. I want to find a recipe and make Persian rice next. It's so good. It's fun cooking with saffron.

I ordered this and already finished it, but I am very satisfied with this product. It colors the food such as rice beautifully. I also add it in my tea and love the smell and taste. It is real quality to me as I grew up consuming all sorts of foods, pastries, etc., that saffron was used as ingredient. I am new to amazon's saffron products, and ordering a few different brands to compare and evaluate them. This one was great but the others too. I would order this one again.

Saffron has many benefits for health and beauty. I have been looking for organically grown Persian Saffron. Compare with other Saffron that I ever used, Zaraffe's Saffron is more bigger. More flavor and color. Also Taste is better. I am very satisfied with this saffron. Thank you.
