Came with wonky eyes, was offered replacement but shipping charges had to be paid. Kept it as is. Very limited application. Worried that if Ipaid shipping to have it replaced that I would have the same problem again as a previous reviewer did. Its neat but hard to recommend. Very shortwarranty.

Turns out the reviews were right about the rechargeable batteries and WiFi. The power runs out even before two hours of waiting for a strong enough WiFi signal to even operate. They should have made it able operate on regular batteries or able to charge and link to network by USB because it is of no good at all without a network/WiFi.

Realistic features and size was perfect. However, many issues with the robot saying “Professor Einstein doesn’t understand your question.” The product doesn’t produce as advertised. Also, there were many issues with connecting to the WiFi. The batteries are a bit challenging to get to and reconnect for charging. Because of the mechanical issues, this item will likely be returned.

This was purchased as a gift and it was a huge hit. Very clever design that is both fun and educational. This robot would be fun for virtually anyone but definitely appreciated by anyone who is into science and/or even robotics. It was given to a nephew, but the truth is that everyone in the family enjoys it. Highly recommended.

Robot was cool and seemed to work fine but the app would not connect to it. I tried on several apple devices and couldn't get help from tech support. (no returned calls) so, since that is needed to really make it work, I sent it back. Great potential if they work that app thing out.

Couldn't get him to continue after programmed, would not respond to commands .. Too complicated

Very expensive disappointment!!! Out dated app from the time I purchased this robot! Won’t log into internet. Says I needed an older system so I tried my iphone 5S & it still wouldn’t log in. Says it doesn’t have my stored email and password.

Amazing Einstein. This is truly an amazing robot. He is entertaining and with the AI intelligence and connection to the Cloud his potential can be endless. For a robot with these capabilities, the price is amazing. I want to thank Hanson Robotics for creating a robotic AI wonder that the average person can afford. The game challenges are also a plus. Keep these wonders coming!

A little difficult to set up but my son LOVED this gift. Would definitely recommend.
