Of course, only one set of mounting bolts worked so I have some larger and smaller to save or donate to Habitat or Goodwill.

Nice fit
No instructions but YouTube shows you exactly what to do if its your first time. Took about 15 minutes and brackets were on, tv hung and other safety bolts tightened to keep unit from getting bumped off.
