Breathe in. Breathe out. And then break out the dropper of RR
While the stuff might not do much for jitters like one might get from drinking coffee and a Red Bull combined, it does offer some relief from mild anxiety. It’s very petite and easy to carry in a purse or a pocket. The taste is not too bad. It’s not too great either, but it is tolerable and gets the job done.

Bach Rescue Remedy Original Natural Stress...
I was a bit skeptical when I bought the little lemon drops in a tin. Those tasted great, but ended up having 4 and I think those are designed more for children to tempt them so they will be good ;-) I ordered this at the same time and it came a little later and I tried it anyway remembering one guys saying the drops were better. I have suffered anxiety and depression for a long time and then menopause on top of it all; I do take prescription pills for Depression, Zoloft and have actually cut back, but still need to take Zoloft and they won't give me anything for Anxiety.... Everyone is afraid for their license, but Valerian works good, not as good as Valium, but not bad for sleep. So tearful moments and panic attacks are a norm for me. I was having a tearful moment today and decided to give this a try and it actually worked ! It worked quickly too. I took the 4 drops in about 1Cup of water, doesn't taste the best and even then I wondered if it really worked. Why ? Because after an episode of tears, or panic, I do naturally calm down sort of like a draining of emotion. It can really tire you and no one seems to understand unfortunately. For instance, I slept til 4pm after having a very Stressful 2 weeks. Your body doesn't lie, it knows when your drained and I was. So to have Tearful moments after that much sleep, and I thought I was fine. But I felt better after taking Bach Rescue Remedy. The real tip off it had worked is when I'm stressed. I just simply can't focus. Yet, I can't remember exactly what it was I did, but it enabled me to see my focus was back and I knew at that point that it definitely worked. I have been in way too many Stressful and PTSD Moments to know for sure I get so upset inside that it paralyzes me thought wise. I go blank and can't focus. I absolutely hate that feeling. It is worse than reading things and not comprehending and my nerves sometimes even jump and I feel shaken. I go numb sort of after, blank as to thoughts, sort of like I'm all thought out or after a day in college how your head feels so full you just can't take anything else in. Not sure how long it lasts in your system BRR, but will use with caution due to the other meds. The stuff they have written online about Flower Therapies and Negative things said about Homeopathic Alternatives is a bunch of lies. It is well worth a shot to give alternatives a try. For me and each of use reacts to chemicals and therapy differently, "it works" It didn't blow me over. It didn't mess with my mind, it simply gave me a quietness, and peace that I needed. I do hope this helps anyone reading this to not give up trying to find what works best for them, it is a horrible thing to have these mental health issues and then to have others not empathetic and saying rude unloving unkind things or forcing their opinion on someone trying to find something that works and some without even trying the product. That is a real lack of empathy. I went into great detail so others might find correlations to my situations and perhaps give this a try.

I also have given him a couple drops when we have bad thunderstorms to help calm his nerves
Worked wonders for my dog!! I rescued a 2 year old shepherd mix from a shelter and he has been showing signs of slight separation anxiety. It was suggested by the director and vet of the shelter I adopted him from to try giving him between 4-5 drops (he's about 60lbs) 10-15 minutes before I leave. It helped tremendously! We've also been practicing being left alone for increasing amounts of time. It seems to just help him relax a bit more and trust that I will return. I also have given him a couple drops when we have bad thunderstorms to help calm his nerves. With the loud noises and still getting used to his new home and surroundings, I feel like this just helps him feel a bit more secure.Only downside is that I have noticed it seems to upset his stomach a bit if he gets too much. We had a bad string of storms that was causing loud thunder and lightening almost every night for a week. For the next few days after the storm front moved through his stool seemed to get looser and looser until one day he had diarrhea a couple of times. I gave him plain white rice and instead massaged the drops on the ends of his ears instead of having him digest it, and it cleared up by the end of the day! I have already placed my order for another bottle, but instead have ordered the "pet" version, just in case.

Highly recommend!!!!!
I really can't say enough about this product. I was recently going through a divorce and had such extreme anxiety and stress that it was making me physically ill. Headaches, stomach aches, sleepless nights, heart racing and palpitations. I was miserable. I remembered this natural product that my mom used to have around and thought I should try it. I tried putting the drops under my tongue and it didn't do anything. So tried putting it in a small glass of water with 4 drops instead. Within the hour I felt so much calmer. No more racing heart, no more anxious feeling. So I started using it for all social encounters, food shopping, driving to work(you know that rush hour stress?!) and at work, since these all triggered my anxiety and made my already stressful time of life much worse.I made a schedule for using it regularly since it works so wonderfully.Upon waking, 4 drops in a shot glass with water. (Usually followed by more water) And then the same dose every 4 hours until bed, since this calmed me and helped me get much needed sleep as well, as it helped stop me from overthinking and worrying and just relax enough to fall asleep. I took it an hour before bed. I took it like this for probably a month straight. Never made me feel sleepy, groggy or sluggish. Just relaxed and calm. The only side effect I had was if I take took too much in a day, like doses too close together, or too many drops, I would feel a little queasy. This was only at first until I figured out exactly what worked for me.Once I realized life wasn't stressing me out as much, I reduced to just putting drops in my bottled water that I sip on all day. I usually do 8-12 drops since it's a 16 oz bottle. It helps me get through the work day.I no longer need to use it everyday, but it made that unusually stressful time in my life manageable and I still use it when there's an event or I feel overwhelmed by just everyday life. One dose or the drops in my water bottle usually does it now. Many who had no good results may not have tried both ways of taking it, so maybe try both and see what works for you. Or try taking it upon waking to see if maybe it prevents anxiety more than relieves it once it starts. I think it's worth a try if you can spare the $13.49!I've recommended this to many coworkers and family members. Two say it did nothing for them, and the rest love it.I hope it helps you as much as it helped me and my ex, since I bought one for them as well.
