Poor packing, missing parts, damaged
Our bookcase for our first child to come came in a very beaten-up box and upon opening it, we found it missing screws and also the drawers have small cracks in them. I have not heard back from the seller yet and at this point it would be a huge onus to get it packed again and returned. The box it came in is not even usable!
