This is the second RO unit I've purchased and installed in the past 20 years. This unit was easy to install, provides a high volume of great tasting clean water, and it took about 30 minutes to install. Read the instructions and make sure you understand them before you begin the installation. Make sure, when drilling the hole through the counter top, that there is ample room on the underside to make the hose connection, and that you don't drill through something you'll regret later.

Easy to install, wish there was a bit more water pressure (it’s not us, our pressure is great) worried that we will break the faucet though as it isn’t as sturdy as other brands we have had but for the cost this is a great unit. The water tastes great, we have a shallow well.

This leaked right out of the reverse osmosis in take. Not only was the piping to this this part weak and didn't maintain a secure connection (it's meant to come off) or at least it looked like it was as it fell off when I first got it.Then the screw on cap to the reverse osmosis filter was faulty. The rubber gasket that was used doesn't fit where it's supposed to. It ended up leaking so much. I tired to screw it back on 3-4 times.It took about two hours to set it up also...I'm a jack of all trades I can do anything. I could have used glue to seal this shut but then I would never be able to replace the filter.If I could give it 0 stars I would.DO NOT BUY.All the parts are cheaply made.

The faucet will not fit on a granite counter top of 1¼ inch thick. The shaft is good for counter tops of 1 inch thick only. However, this seller sent me a replacement faucet, I installed it without any issues. It looks beautiful on my counter top. It was easy to install and the water taste really good. The seller contacted me via WhatsApp and made the replacement delivery within days.

After doing a lot of research I settled on the system and I’m very glad I did. My family and I are very happy with this system. my previous system for my different company was loud and it would leak water into the drain constantly this one barely has any waste water at all, we barely hear it and it taste great. My sink countertop was deeper than the Fossett they supplied so I reached out and they sent me a replacement Fossett right away on them. I would recommend the system.

I like how easy it is to install, and they give you a lot of extra parts like a full roll of Teflon tape, 2 elobows 1 tee, There is no excuse for not getting this reverse osmosis kit for this price.

I have 3 friends that live next to me with much more expensive systems, and this one works BETTER than theirs!! Holds more water in the tank. I couldn't install myself, as it is a bit time consuming and you kinda need to know what your doing...but the final outcome is GREAT!!!

Ne pas oublier d'ouvrir la petite vanne de mis l'air sur le réservoir ou ballon pour qu'il se remplisse en temps masqué sinon il n'y aura pas de débit ni de réserve d'eau cela provoque un petit débit à l'ouverture du robinet.

Very easy to install. The TDS (Total Disolved Solids) has come down from 392 to 14 in 2 days . Excellent result. It should drop to as much as 4 in a week or two.
