U ordered back in the fall of 2018. About six months later the sound went from lasting 40 to 45 to 15 minutes. I emailed the manufacturer and the customer service department responded right away and told me to send them back and they would mail me new earbuds. And they did. Excellent customer service and the new ear buds work absolutely fantastic and better then the original earbuds. They last over an hour, the sound is superb and I highly recommend.

If you want something for calls look elsewhere. At times the person on the other line will not hear it's of my sentences and will hear me as if I am far away. If you want to make a call be sure to close out other apps for they may interfere with the sound quality during the call. Great for music however.

These work really good for what you're getting. My son puts these in and wouldn't be able to hear a freight train going through the living room..If you have annoying kids, pop these in.. They will no longer be annoying. :)Lol

Sound quality is pretty good, considering these don't actually insert into the ear canal. I use them while sleeping and find them very comfortable. I own several pairs of cordless Bluetooth earbuds and this is my favorite set in terms of sound quality, noise blocking, battery life and comfort. Plus, they look pretty cool!

I got these in 2018, worked great for a while then I lost them in a gym bag for months, When I found them again they didnt work anymore. Charged them over night and the case does seem to charge but the earbuds themselves just dont turn on anymore at all which sucks because they did work great when I did use them

GreatWear just one at time and able to work and hear if someone calls me.Battery lasts around 9/10 hours and that is one side.Would definitely buy again or for someone looking for earbuds

I bought this headphone as a gift for a relative and it has stopped working properly already. Then I bought another one from another supplier for my son and it has been working perfectly so far.

Honestly didn't know what to expect from these but they sound pretty good and the battery lasts forever. I use these daily and as someone who hates things in his ear these weren't too bad. However I live in a windier state and I've noticed that if you are out and about and the wind is out these with diacconect from each other for no reason.
