Took it on a road trip from london to Paris weather was 23C ice packs maintained temp for the insulin when coming back weather was 29 C ice packs melted but still maintained the temp for the insulin. Tip: if Weather is hot or need to maintain the temp for the pack longer put slim ice packs outside the pack then put it in ziplock bag.

Sie hat vier kleine schmale Kühlpacks die auch einzeln eingelegt werden können.Die Tasche ist gut verarbeitet die Farbe ist sehr schön und die Aufteilung erfüllt ihren Zweck.Verpackung kam in einen kl.Kartin war ok. Lieferung war auch recht schnell.

Compré la bolsa térmica porque necesitaba hacer un viaje transoceánico con mi insulina. Mantuve el gel dos días en el congelador y tras más de 18 horas de vuelo la insulina seguía en su temperatura correcta. Es compacto, los acabados son agradables y está muy bien diseñado, pues tiene compartimentos suficientes para guardadar varias plumas y sus respectivas agujas.

Nosotros lo usamos pra trasladar hormona de crecimiento en desplazamientos cortos (debe estar en frio siempre...) y cumple perfectamente su función.
