KIBOW 0~5PSIG High Pressure Adjustable Propane Regulator 4FT Stainless Steel Braided Hose-Type 1(QCC 1) Connection

Got sick and tired of buying the junk regulators that Weber charges which cost 8x more then the should. I found this by researching the internet and discovered this and a adapter was all that was needed. The Weber Q is an amazing grill and I wasn't prepared to drop a small fortune on a grill so I ordered this and a LASCO 17-4627 3/8-Inch Flare by 1/8-Inch Female Pipe Thread Brass Adapter. I had this thing installed and tuned in minutes!

I purchased to use on a grill in winter at 20 degrees and 2000 feet. I thought is would be incrementally adjustable. 2.8 turns from close to fully open. approximately .24 turns to set for similar preset regulator. 10 knob knurls per turn. Not that accurate. Still works but takes some guesstimation for adjustment. I need more time to really see how it works. The knob has some play in it. Most likely better than a 0-20 psi regulator.

Worth every cent! You can crank the heat to actually BBQ your meat! Like others have said - be wary because you can generate big flames and lots of heat but with a modest amount of common sense - you'll get steaks as good as any steakhouse can serve.

The regulator and hose appear to be very high quality and heavy duty. I like being able to regulate the maximum heat output of my propane grill when it is on high heat setting.

Nice quality braided hose, good quality threads on the fitting. Bought to replace a flooded regulator on a fire pit table. The higher pressure is nice, bigger flames.

Used with my gas generator. Works well.

Very easy to install and adjust.

Seems to be of decent quality, works as it should and no leaks.
