No, you do not need to have a king size bed to buy a king size pillow. This pillow is a life changer. Get it in firm- trust me. Fluff it up real big and drop on it…literally cradles your head in the perfect position- no matter if you sleep on your back or your side! I’m a side sleeper so I lay my head on it and hold it with my arms. My boyfriend sleeps on his back and he loves it. The pillow is amazing. Bonus: American Made

I love my pillow. This is my 2 nd set of 4 that we’re perfect for 10 years. I highly recommended then for sleep quality. I love that you don’t get a hot pillow after sleeping for a while. I have them in all my bedrooms and I have bought as gifts.

Last year I had to get some major surgery and when I came home I wanted a new pillow and saw I on TV my pillow I ordered one and my husband and we loved them. It is a little costly but worth ever penny for it. when you pick out your pillow it goes by how much you weigh the problem is that I have lost weight now I need to get a new one so I can get that great night sleep that I enjoy very much. I would buy one if I we you. I will be ordering a new one soon.

Not what I thought it would be. 2nd pillow ordered plus the puffy mattress cover, ordered Firm King , still not firm enough.

I'm 58 , wish I had this style / fill years ago , can work fill to perfect height !!!

The My Pillow King Sized (16.5”x32”) pillow is not a standard sized King pillow (20”x36”) and there for doesn’t fit the King pillow cases properly.The pillows failed to support my head in a way that I am accustomed to and always seem to make me uncomfortable in the middle of the night. I wind up repositioning the pillow often to get back to sleep. I do not recommend the My Pillow.
