Nice looking item.. BUT it requires a very specific charger to work properly - the label with the item says "ATTENTION! MUST use 9v1.67A or 9V2A adapter (Qualcomm Quickcharger 2.0 or 3.0)".- and the charger details are labelled on a plastic label attached to the device, but suspiciously, nowhere to be found on the product description. And guess what.. it DOESN'T come with that charger. Now, I've read here that you can use a normal phone charger.. but that is not working for me. I received one of these chargers - it didn't work. I'm now on a second and this one is charging intermittently. Really don't know what to do because it's such a massive ball ache getting to the post office to return these each time. Fail.

I purchased this to try and tidy up my bedside table and it does it perfectally, before, like you no doubt, had a charger for my phone and a charger for my watch, this works but I was not happy with it so this solves my problem, I was worried about the speed it would charge the devices but this has turned out to be no problems and as long as the power brick gives it enough juice it will charges them both just as fast as charging on 2 separate chargers. I was also pleasantly surprised with the build quality, it has a quality feel to the plastic and has some weight to it so it doesn’t just fall over or move, it stays put. I love this charger, as does my wife, so much so that she wants ones so once she gets a wireless charging capable phone I’ll be buying another. I’m a very happy customer which I’m sure you would be to.

I have received my fast charger as promised by yourselves. Unfortunately when reading the sticker on the appliance, I find that it requires a 9 volt, not the standard 5 volt USB charger and this is not supplied with the item. It does charge the phone OK, but when I tried my watch in conjunction with the phone it discharge the watch. I find it very strange that you sell this charger without an adaptor of the correct voltage. I have found one on ebay at 99p, but have got to wait 3 weeks for it to arrive, meeting I can't use it to charge my watch.

Do not buy! Doesn’t work. One of the only times I didn’t read the other reviews and made the unfortunate mistake of buying this item. Charges the phone perfectly but will not charge my Apple Watch Series 4. Purchased the correct charger and will still not work. Such a shame because it looks lovely. Very disappointed!

I have purchased this item over a month ago now, and unfortunately the watch charger does not work well and for the last week or so it became very difficult got he my iwatch charged overnight. When I get up the batterie is not fullly charged. It seems that the watch charger is unable to easily detect the watch itself, hence not being changed. I would strongly not recomend go buy this product as now I have to spend extra money on another charger as this is not fit for purpose.On another note, the iPhone charger side of this item works perfectly fine.Item is let down by the watch charger side of it.

Returned after a few weeks. Although we bought the QI certified plug as advised in the product description the charge was totally random, sometimes both iPhone & watch would charge, but mostly only one would charge. iPhone XS could not be charged at all in an Apple Leather case.Bright LED illuminated the world when you’re trying to sleep.

Worked fine with my Series 3 watch. Series 4 watch however starts and stops charging continuously. Don’t buy if using S4 - but should be fine for any other apple watch model. iPhone XS Max charges fine.

I personally use my phone a lot for work so just have it at my work desk! Really great as it sits perfect and charges the phone at the same time. I rarely use the watch charger personally but It’s handy it’s there
