I purchased this shirt to help support an unstable shoulder in daily activities (not for working out). The hook and eye and zipper closures make it possible to put on without moving the injured shoulder. This is a HUGE plus! The shirt is 6 inches too long for my 5'3" frame. It's workable, but must be pulled down over my hips to keep tension across the shoulders. Unfortunately, after only brief use the fabric is unraveling where it meets the zipper. For $99 I would expect it to hold up better.

I used this under my PJs for about two to help me with my back pain. It helped my alignment as I am a side sleeper and allowed me to turn and also to rise more easily. I had also had one about two years ago. Both times I had a vertebral compression fracture. Each one was a different place. It would be nice if it came in a shorter length. For me at 5'0" the hem comes all the way to the top of my leg/torso point.

My normal size is an XL. I assumed this would be a very tight fit with no give so I ordered a 2XL. I was very close to getting that one on. I had the fasteners fastened but the zipper just wouldn’t go up. I returned it and ordered a 3XL. With the 3XL I couldn’t even get the fasteners near each other. I already returned the 2XL or I would take actual measurements as based on fit, the 3XL is smaller than the 2XL. I tried them on just 2 days apart and I lost 1 pound in those 2 days. So I don’t think my body is the problem. Too bad as it seems like a decent product.

I was impressed by the comfort of the posture shirt. I tend to be sensitive to clothing textures and do not like things too tight. Although it was a little tighter than I expected it is comfortable and also holds the stomach in and puts my back in good alignnment. It is comfortable to wear while standing and walking, however, it is not as comfortable to wear when sitting as it bunches up. Overall, I really like it, its just not wonderful for use while sitting, which was the reason I bought the shirt initially however, I think overall it is good quality.

I ordered it to help with my bad posture, and it does help a lot.

I just got this and tried it on, deciding to keep it so I cut off the tag and threw away the packaging material . The first time I decided to wear it, I noticed the shoulders are quite loose even though the rest of the shirt is very snug. I am 34 in the bust and normally wear a size 6, so according to the size chart I need a M or L. I bought the M but definitely should have gone with a Small. I am afraid the most important part of the shirt -- the shoulders -- will not be tight enough to pull my posture straight. I would say do not size up as the Size Chart indicates. I hope I didn't just waste $120 because now I cannot return it for a Small.

While walking our dog my wife tends to lean forward. Almost bent over. She has a brace but it is cumbersome and bulky. Saw this shirt while shopping on Amazon and thought I'd give it a try. For several days now she's worn it and I must say that it seems to be really working. She commented, without me having said a word, that she noticed a that when she wears the Alignmed shirt she feels as though she is walking with improved posture. That's because she is. Plan order several more and would definitely recommend.

I have tried several posture garments and this is the most comfortable. I have scoliosis, prior back surgery and terrible arthritis. This has helped me to stand more erect and relieve the fatigue and pain due to weakened muscles and misaligned vertebrae. Also love the fact that it has a front zipper instead of having to struggle to pull it over my head. Very happy with purchase.

I am happy with this item because it hold you in nicely, but I do not feel like it makes any real difference when it comes to my posture. All in all I am still happy with my purchase.

I purchased this shirt for my mother as a Christmas present; this shirt significantly improved her standing posture and significantly reduced her back aches. I recommend it without hesitation.
