MyPillow Inc Giza Series Bed Pillow, Lavender Level (Medium), Standard/Queen (2-Pack)

First off, let me say I love these pillows. Had I received the ones advertised and ordered, it would be five stars. My sister has these exact ones and I commandeer them whenever I visit, which is often.My issue is that I ordered the upgraded Giza cotton box pleated king sized pillows and received the original king sized instead with no piping and a lower profile box labeled as the newer version. I've found that the original pillows do not hold their shape as well as the newer, upgraded ones. I already own those and was attempting to upgrade.For a premium price, expect to receive the items paid for. If you do, you shouldn't be disappointed. Unfortunately, I had to return these and hope to find the others elsewhere. Perhaps I just got a mislabled package? Regardless, what was delivered was not what is shown.

I am VERY disappointed. These are sold as the GIZA series - an upgrade, according to the website, from the set I already own (and love sleeping on). When I saw the price discount I was excited to get the higher grade line. Literally, there is zero difference between these and my other set (unless you count the even thinner fabric 2" white gusset - my original set have a 2" logo fabric gusset.! In fact, they seem less full. They DO NOT have the colored piping as advertised so I'd be stuck keeping the tags on them - just like the old set. I feel there was false advertising here - the product I received is not the product I ordered. I am awaiting a reply - hoping you will replace these with what was advertised - not just another premium set...

I got this on a lightening deal and still missing half of my order. I ordered one set (2 pillows) of the green and lavender.I received the green but still no word on the lavender?!I like the green set so far so I hate to leave a low star but without receiving the rest of my order I am hesitant to rate any higher because I cannot give honest feedback.I don’t feel that the pillows are especially cooling and while they maintain their shape somewhat- it does not hold as long as advertised.Am I using them wrong?Should I have a different color?Or did I get screwed over on a lightening deal?

The pillows come rolled up with the air sucked out of them. They are flat and lifeless when you first open them. You must follow the instructions and put them in the dryer for 15 minutes before the first use. They come out of the dryer nice and fluffy and are very comfortable. I try to buy USA made products whenever I can and am very happy with this purchase

I use to use latex pillow which were so comfy. Until my dad. Tonight me his “my pillow” when I was sick. It was the most comfy pillow I ever laid on. I’m not sure of the firmness. Because using it everynight I would have to shake it and puff it back up. Until I bought this one in green/firm. It keeps its support all night long! I have Neck/ tension headache issues and this is the Perfect pillow.

Fantastic pillows for side sleepers and broad shoulders. I sleep on my side and have noticed my shoulders and ears (whichever one I'm sleeping on) becoming sore during the night regardless of firmness of other pillows. MyPillow has completely knocked out all of the soreness immediately. My husband is very broad-shouldered and he has also experienced a much better night sleep with the extra firm MyPillow.

Never buy these pillows. Some of the worse I've ever owned. I used them for a week and wow what a mess. Badly made, badly designed. I wish I had this review before buying. Do yourself a favor. If you do buy. Return before the time runs out. I am currently trying to communicate to the company and it's a nightmare. Only thing worse is the Scientologist. You can't get anyone to listen to your appeals to stop.

Don't believe the commercials!Pillows go flat while you're sleeping on it. Had to replace them within 1 month of getting them. Only good thing about the pillows are that they are easy to wash.
