One worked and One didn’t
This was a 2 pack purchase. One of the switches worked perfectly. However the second switch worked manually but would not connect via WiFi. The reason I give this product a low rating is I could not find anyway to contact the seller. I would like to be able to exchange the one defective switch. The only option via the amazon site is to request a refund and really would hate to have to remove the one good switch, I installed, in order to send them both back for a refund than to have to around and reorder them again. So if seller or Amazon would let know if it is possible for me to just exchange to one defective switch?? That would be great.

Doesn’t work on 5 GHz
Will only work on 2.5 GHzUpdate: after doing some research, apparently that’s pretty standard. After you connect on 2.5 WiFi you can switch to 5 ghz as long as it’s the same router and network and it will work just fine.
