I have been pleased with this blender and it does what I have asked of it so far. It is easy to set up and operate and is quite powerful (but noisy). It seems well made with a stable base that does not move around when it is in use. The motor is powerful enough to blend ice and frozen fruit and I have made some delicious (and well blended) smoothies using frozen fruit and ice cubes. If you are looking for such a machine to make smoothies, I could recommend this. If you do decide to buy don’t forget to check the listing for a tick box for a discount to save yourself some money.

First thing that caught my eye was the large jug which is about 2 liters but I wasn't able to fill it all the way to the top because it will be harder to blend so the actual quantity I was able to introduce was a bit less than that.The amount of ingredients I put in and also the amount of liquid I add tends to influence a bit the end result. If I add a bit more liquid to the ingredients the smoothies tend to be a bit smoother, helping the knives do a better job.The blender feels a bit plasticky but is quite sturdy overall.It is very easy to operate and even has a pulsating action which is quite helpful when blending foods which tend to stick to the sides of the jug.One quick easy way to wash the jug is to put some water with a bit of washing up liquid inside and just give it a wiz.Most of the times will come out almost clean except for when using ingredients which are a bit more difficult to remove, like fibers.It has a strong motor and can blend quite easily through a variety of ingredients but again, quantity is key.

Bought this for my daughter but underestimated the size too big for the space but otherwise does the job just have to make sure of size next purchase

Barely used it and blender has stopped working. Is a replacement still possible?

I got this as my old blender was getting really tatty and the blades weren't very sharp anymore, so this one looked ideal.It was really easy to set up and once I had washed everything before use, I was up and running in a few minutes.The blender is well made and so far has been doing a great job with making smoothies and other drinks.It comes with two jugs and a stirrer, and I've found it to be powerful enough for my needs. The main improvement would be for an option with a glass jug, but that would obviously add to the price.
