Pueraria Mirifica Powder Root Extract High Premium Grade 5 Oz. from Thailand

Ok, so this product is great but the side effects are not.Pros: I've taken other breast enhancement products but never pure PM powder. I wasn't expecting much from this but thought I'd give it a try. It doesn't taste great so I like to mix it in a fruit puree or some kind of thick juice. Do Not mix it in milk...Bleh! Anyway, In combination with red clover and massage this PM powder worked great. Nothing drastic but my husband definitely felt a difference in about a week. I didn't go up in size but my breasts were fuller and the appearance of my skin improved. I didn't experience any of the acne problems some women get.Here's the problem...Pueraria Mirifica accumulates in your body. I didn't know this (my husband told me). I started out with around 750 mg/day and everything was great. You're not supposed to exceed 1000mg/day. Since it accumulates in your body I started noticing discomfort around my 10th day of taking it. First I had little headaches and some minor stomach discomfort and diarhea. On the 14th day I had a throbbing headache and was running to the bathroom shortly after eating anything. I decided 4 days of diarhea was enough and stopped taking it. My stomach and head got better :) I started taking 750mg everyother day and still got little headaches. I haven't figured out the right dosage for me...every womans tollerance will be different. But I would not recommend taking it everyday. I did read about one woman who takes 500mg/day for 16 days then takes 2 weeks off. When I try it I'll update my review.All in all this product did what it was supposed to do I just have to figure out whats right for me.

to early to say but it seems to work well, breast are fuller and rounder. Taste of this product is not very pleasant but there is nothing you can do about it. Hopefully it will be back in stock soon so that I can order again.

I rated one star based only on this one order not all my others which would definitely be 5 stars, but I recieved the package with the Powder, when I order capsules!! Its so frustrating when no one returns your emails or call....I love the capsules, I will take them forever, have ordered them multiple times from thos company and have seen some pretty amazing results physically. To be fair about this company, I have never ever had any problems with my orders, and the capsules are a great product and I would highly recommend this company if anyone is considering trying them.

I'm giving this a three because it does actually work but the mood swings were horrible. I feel I went into serve depression for a few weeks honestly, so I quit taking it after six weeks. I started with small doses of course. About 1/8tsp the first week then to 1/4 for a few weeks. When I got to 1/2, it didn't last much longer til I quit taking it. I was on BC for 8 years and I quit taking that about a year and a half ago because I wanted my body to do its own this. So already my hormones were out of wack but when I was taking this, oh my goodness I didn't think it was possible to be such a negative person. Nobody wanted to be around be me because of my bad mood. Although yes my skin was flawless, my curves were extra curvy, and the girls grew about a cup size. I personally think its not worth it but everybody is different so I'm sure it works differently for everybody.

Haven't seen any changes except my body went out of whack. Bled for two weeks with heavy clots. Went to the emergency room after passing out on my bathroom floor.

This product is very potent, and has helped me feel more balanced in general, as well as increase my bustline. So far I have seen one inch if growth, and have been taking it for 5 weeks. I have been mixing a teaspoon in Greek yogurt and it has been easy to disguise the taste, which isn't very pleasant alone.For hormone imbalance and/or increasing breast size after having two children (which was my sad predicament) I definitely recommend this product. Just be patient and diligent, and you will have success. Please note this isn't a boob job in a bag- if you're looking to increase three cup sizes, don't waste your money. If you're looking for plumping and firmness, with the increase of youthful energy, this is your answer.

In the Spring of 2015 I was diagnosed with being Partially Insensitive to Estradiol; which is the Master hormone (an Estrogen) that tells all other hormones how to function and I now take Estriol, as it is similar in chemical structure, derived from Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) and used as a dermal. Most of my life there has a been a question of whether I have an ovary on the right side and with the Estriol it started working but the two ovaries were not talking to each other. Pueraria mirifica was to fix that. I wrote an earlier review that my periods were getting closer together, two and a half weeks apart. The problem was the Licorice. Now I take Chinese Licorice (G uralensis). My Moon Time is on the full moon now. My weight is averaging around 150 Lbs (ideal is 140), not going to diet for 10 pounds. I gave this originally a 2 star but bumping it up to a 4. For me, it is not giving me a bigger bust, but overall for the hormone balance, it is great stuff.
