Love the individual pads to quickly clean up my lashes and they product make them soft. Also, helps itchiness on lid.

I highly recommend these if you are getting NOVALASH lash extensions. I think they really do help with lash/eye hygiene & lash longevity. Use them daily. Cut them in halves or even fourths to make them last longer (and they are easier to use cut smaller). Keep your eyes shut tightly when using them to avoid getting the oils in your eyes & having blurry vision for a while:)

The wipes are a MUST! So is the mascara, because you need them for your bottom lashes. I use to use my own mascara for my bottom lashes, but decided that since I do blink (as we all do) my mascara may be rubbing off onto my Nova Lashes. I think that overtime it does make a difference on which mascara you use. The other is OK, but not a necessity. I won't be buying it again.

I understand that extensions come out naturally as they fall but I feel like this made it come out more. I hope they are keeping my lashes conditioned and extensions clean but I feel a cue tip option would be better

I cut them in half so they last longer. But, they keep my lashes clean and moisturized. I don’t know if it’s related but I’ve had a lot more lash growth in the last 6 weeks. I’m a fan.

Great pads to remove eye makeup. The pads are oily, but gently remove all mascara and eyeliner with no irritation. I use an eye scrub afterwards, then rinse my eyes with cold water. Also great to remove make up from eyebrows. Highly recommend.
