My son is 16 and he has tried almost every prescription ADHD medication out there. Some would work okay for a while, but after a while everything seemed to have a bad side effect that out weighed any good effect. My 9 year daughter takes these for anxiety and OCD and they have been a lifesaver. They help her to feel calm and focus on tasks. I can't quite believe something like this would work, but I think it really does because whenever we run out, she starts become more panicky and irritable. They also taste good!
