The speed that it scans is awesome!
I have thousands of pictures that I need to scan. This product is so easy to use and it scans so quickly. 30 pictures take about 25 seconds to scan and within a few seconds I move them to my folder. The quality of the pictures is awesome as well.

Easy to use, makes clean images and doesn't jam. I have one of these at work and love it so much I bought one for home use.

Great Duplex fast scanner!
The only way you can tell it was reconditioned is that it came in a plain brown box. Sadly it doesn't work on my Windows 7 desktop even though stated it would (I can not have the last update on Windows 7 or other software won't work so it may be a problem on my end). I use it with my Windows 10 laptop wirelessly and it has worked flawlessly so far.

I ordered 4 different ones of this model off of Amazon, and returned every one of them. I ordered one off Ebay for much less money, and it is still working. The ones from Amazon did not match their description for condition, and one didn't work at all.

Absolutely recommend.
Bought this refurbished through Amazon because it’s not sold new anymore. This is 100% my favorite scanner. We scan a ton of documents in for tax season and this does front and back, super easy to set up and use and the quality is great. I was worried about the cost at first but it’s honestly great.

Superb
I had previously owned a ScanSnap scanner that I used for over 10 years. I was a little reluctant to get a refurbished model, but it works like a dream just like the previous scanner, a real work horse!
