Very impressed!
I bought this for my daughter to use during marching band practice, in Florida. I didn’t want to spend a bunch of money on one that will be used for a season. It is very lightweight and we have experienced zero problems with it. It was easy for her to use on the field and provided enough water to get her through several hours of marching and running around. We store it in the freezer when not in use and tend to keep it about half full frozen. The water stays cold throughout the marching even though the bag isn’t specifically insulated to do so.We have had no issues with leaking through the straw. The screw cap can be a little funny if you don’t line it up properly but other than that it has been flawless. Also, we haven’t experienced any plastic tasting water or other funky issues.Very pleased with this!

Works & includes the bladder
Paid $16.99 for this item AND it did include the water bladder as shown in the picture and item description. That was probably a huge misleading issue for many of the shoppers before the price change.Used it for EDC. Didn't really drink from it, but the cold water in the light weight backpack helped cool me down in the 100F heat (still that hot at midnight) until it gradually warm up to ambient temperature.Cleaning it is not as easy for me as the instruction indicated. It is hard to dry the inside with the design of the water bladder. I guess I will have to wipe it dry with a clean towel.

Great for hiking!
Got a couple of these to go hiking with my kid in Austin! Figured it would hold more than a water bottle while still keeping our hands free. They worked out great! There was just enough room left in the pockets to pack a lunch and a couple of snacks. The slightly more expensive/red one had side pockets that allowed me to store my keys without worrying about the sharp bits puncturing the bladder. I will note that we didn't know what we were doing at first and thought they were broken until we realized that you need to pull the end of the tube out very firmly/hard. I was gently tugging on it and thinking it was all the way open when it wasn't, which led to the water not flowing through the tube and into my mouth. If you are a newbie and are having that problem, make sure that the drinking nozzle is fully open!

great for cyulist and joggers
Any Hydration pack will work buy I wanted high visibility, since I share the road with cars. I received it in good condition all looks fairly standard, left and right holes for the drinking tube though I am left handed I prefer use of right hand but like the option to change it regardless, make sure you wash the bag though most people tend not to read that part, there was not heavy plastic smell (some times I expect that) but the pack its self is fairly sturdy though the pocket is not completely separated is the only real drawback so if used for anything not water resistance I would be weary because with any kind of hydration there is always a risk of leaking. It would be good for cyclist and joggers but runners be weary there is not belt or chest strap, only shoulder straps so depending on your run style be weary of that fact. I ran with a fella that used to drop his arms and shake them while running every time he forgot to snap his chest strap the shoulder straps would fall down and he would drop his pack, just an FYI

Great for 3hour hikes...
Very lightweight, stays in place well, holds a surprising amount of stuff even with the full water bladder in. No leaks from the mouth piece, easy to clean. I use it for day hikes that are 3 hours or less. I have a larger one i use for longer hikes, because i tend to over pack, haha. Only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because the stairs are really rigid. It's mesh but coated in vinyl. It's still comfortable enough for the short hikes and works fine. I just am not crazy about it for scrambling, climbing or long hikes.

Excellent value for money.
This is a very comfortable bladder plus day bag. Let's get the cons out first:No strap across chestNot too much space in bag if you fill the bladderThe head on the straw isn't small enough to push through a few backpacks so you need to juggle an open bladder.Pros:Very easy to fill the bladder. The bag is made of really good material.Large volume for the cost. You'll need it in the summer or long day treks.Very light and didn't feel the weight even with a full bladder.Thin enough to wear a bag over the day bag.The tip to suck water from is perfect in the sense it protects from sand and dirt. Some other bags I saw didn't even have a cover for the tip and you'll be dragging that through all the dirt on your hikes. My only major grouse was the width of the pipe which made it tough to use it with a backpack but I think I'll still give it 5 stars for the cost, build quality and other things going for it.

BUYER BEWARE: NO BLADDER LIKE THE PHOTO SHOWS
DOES NOT INCLUDE the bladder! Usually I read the fine print, but seeing as how the photo SHOWS one with it, and a lot of reviews talk about a bladder (evidently it USED to include one?); one would naturally think it DID come with a bladder. They need to not only change the photo that shows the bladder, they need to make a new product listing as the reviews that imply it came with a bladder clearly no longer apply.

Used it on a Spartan Beast run. Plenty of room inside to store a few items of food and a headlamp or two. I finished the beast with half the water left, I underestimated how much this holds and ended up carrying a lot of extra weight. The shoulder straps could use a bit of a softer edge but for the price you cant beat this.
